【摘要】:自2008年北京奧運(yùn)會(huì)以來(lái),我國(guó)的空間結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)的日趨成熟。各地相繼建設(shè)了大量的大跨空間結(jié)構(gòu),如鳥(niǎo)巢、水立方、火車(chē)站、航站樓、體育場(chǎng)館等。這些結(jié)構(gòu)不僅外表美觀而且空間容量大,能夠同時(shí)容納上萬(wàn)人。但其除了可能要遭受地震、暴風(fēng)等自然災(zāi)害外,還要抵抗人為因素產(chǎn)生的振動(dòng)(如體育館內(nèi)數(shù)萬(wàn)人隨著歌聲跳躍所產(chǎn)生的振動(dòng)等)。此外,為追求美觀,這些結(jié)構(gòu)剛度常常較小,即基頻較低。如果這些結(jié)構(gòu)失效或坍塌,會(huì)造成巨大的人員傷亡以及財(cái)產(chǎn)損失。如何對(duì)這些大跨空間結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)的監(jiān)測(cè)和診斷,及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)的損傷,預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)的性能變化就成為現(xiàn)代工程越來(lái)越迫切需要解決的任務(wù)。結(jié)構(gòu)健康監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)可以實(shí)時(shí)的采集反應(yīng)結(jié)構(gòu)狀態(tài)的物理量,采用一定的損傷算法,就可以判斷結(jié)構(gòu)的損傷情況及損傷位置。 大連市體育場(chǎng)的外圍棚罩為折板式桁架結(jié)構(gòu),這種桁架結(jié)構(gòu)美觀大方,但施工難度較大。為保證該棚罩結(jié)構(gòu)在施工及使用期間的安全服役,引入了結(jié)構(gòu)健康監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)。本文詳細(xì)介紹了大連市體育場(chǎng)的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)及有限元分析結(jié)果,并提出了桁架桿件的應(yīng)力以及整體結(jié)構(gòu)動(dòng)態(tài)性能的永久監(jiān)測(cè)方案及監(jiān)測(cè)方法。同時(shí),本文也對(duì)體育場(chǎng)健康監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的硬件和功能進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹。本健康監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了多物理量的連續(xù)同步采集、自動(dòng)儲(chǔ)存數(shù)據(jù)、自動(dòng)生成報(bào)表、自動(dòng)報(bào)警和多方式顯示等功能。借助該健康監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),獲得了大量有關(guān)體育場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)狀態(tài)的數(shù)據(jù)。通過(guò)對(duì)這些數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,可以對(duì)體育館的安全性能進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),判斷結(jié)構(gòu)是否存在損傷以及損傷發(fā)生的位置和損傷情況,這為體育場(chǎng)的安全運(yùn)營(yíng)提供了可靠的保障。 實(shí)際監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果表明,本文所提出的大跨空間結(jié)構(gòu)健康監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)能夠穩(wěn)定、可靠的運(yùn)行,為今后重大工程的結(jié)構(gòu)健康監(jiān)測(cè)提供了參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Since the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, the technology of space structure in China has matured day by day. A large number of large span space structures have been built in various places, such as Bird's Nest, Water Cube, Railway Station, Terminal Building, etc. Stadiums, stadiums, etc. These structures are not only beautiful in appearance but also have a large space capacity, and can accommodate tens of thousands of people at the same time. But in addition to the natural disasters such as earthquakes and storms, They also have to resist man-made vibrations (such as those caused by tens of thousands of people jumping with songs in a stadium, etc.). In addition, for the sake of beauty, the stiffness of these structures is often lower, that is, the frequency of foundation is lower. If these structures fail or collapse, It will cause huge casualties and property losses. How to monitor and diagnose these long-span space structures in real time and find the damage in time, It is an urgent task for modern engineering to predict the performance change of structure. The structural health monitoring system can collect the physical quantity of the reaction structure state in real time and adopt a certain damage algorithm. The damage and location of the structure can be judged. The outer shed cover of Dalian Stadium is a folded plate truss structure. This kind of truss structure is beautiful and generous, but the construction is difficult. In order to ensure the safe service of the shed cover structure during construction and use, This paper introduces the structural characteristics and finite element analysis results of Dalian Stadium, and puts forward a permanent monitoring scheme and monitoring method for the stress of truss members and the dynamic behavior of the whole structure. This paper also introduces the hardware and function of the stadium health monitoring system in detail. The health monitoring system realizes the continuous synchronous acquisition of multiple physical quantities, the automatic storage of data, and the automatic generation of reports. With the help of the health monitoring system, a large number of data about the structure state of the stadium are obtained. By analyzing these data, the safety performance of the gymnasium can be evaluated. It provides reliable guarantee for the safe operation of the stadium to judge whether there is damage, the location and the condition of the damage. The actual monitoring results show that the health monitoring system proposed in this paper can run stably and reliably, which provides a reference value for the structural health monitoring of major projects in the future.
