【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟社會的迅速發(fā)展，在全球環(huán)境不斷惡化、可持續(xù)發(fā)展和低碳理念盛行的今天，提倡建筑節(jié)能是非常必要的。本文選擇辦公建筑為研究對象是因為辦公建筑是公共建筑中建設(shè)量最大的，而且其在一定程度上能夠表征其它類型公共建筑的特點。研究辦公建筑節(jié)能，旨在研究公共建筑節(jié)能，從而提出一套完善、科學(xué)、系統(tǒng)的節(jié)能措施，用以改善公共建筑的室內(nèi)環(huán)境，，提高能源的利用效率。 全文分為五大部分，第一章介紹研究背景、內(nèi)容、方法、國內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論和實踐，為下文奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。第二章，分析了辦公建筑概念、能耗特點和能耗影響因素。第三章、第四章針對現(xiàn)狀的問題和影響因素提出了辦公建筑節(jié)能設(shè)計的方法和策略。第五章，通過具體實例將理論應(yīng)用于實踐，完成了一處辦公樓的節(jié)能設(shè)計。最后，對辦公建筑的節(jié)能設(shè)計要點進行了總結(jié)，并提出了自己的看法。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy and society, the global environment is deteriorating, the concept of sustainable development and the concept of low carbon is prevailing today. It is very necessary to advocate building energy saving. This paper chooses office building as the research object because office building is the largest construction in public buildings. And to some extent, it can represent the characteristics of other types of public buildings. The purpose of studying the energy saving of office buildings is to study the energy saving of public buildings, and thus put forward a set of perfect, scientific and systematic energy-saving measures. In order to improve the indoor environment of public buildings, improve the efficiency of energy use. The thesis is divided into five parts. The first chapter introduces the research background, contents, methods, related theories and practices at home and abroad, which lays a theoretical foundation for the following. Chapter 2, analyzes the concept of office buildings, energy consumption characteristics and factors affecting energy consumption. Chapter 4th puts forward the methods and strategies of energy-saving design of office buildings in view of the current problems and influencing factors. Chapter 5th applies the theory to practice through concrete examples and completes the energy-saving design of an office building. The main points of energy-saving design of office buildings are summarized, and their own views are put forward.
