【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)進(jìn)步和市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,我國(guó)建筑業(yè)迎來(lái)了一個(gè)嶄新的時(shí)代。從中央到地方,各級(jí)政府著力發(fā)展各自的優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè)和支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),優(yōu)化資源配置,加快產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整步伐,積極推動(dòng)行業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)。通過(guò)加大對(duì)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、節(jié)能、環(huán)保等領(lǐng)域的投入,確保國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。良好的政策措施和市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,為建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了廣闊的空間和生存領(lǐng)域。作為一個(gè)具有獨(dú)立性和依賴(lài)性雙重性質(zhì)的產(chǎn)業(yè),無(wú)論處于哪一個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū),建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展均起到了極其重要的作用。在解決就業(yè)、拉動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)、促進(jìn)發(fā)展、增強(qiáng)綜合國(guó)力以及提高生活質(zhì)量和改善民生等方面具有難以估量的戰(zhàn)略指導(dǎo)意義。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)呼和浩特市建筑工程有限責(zé)任公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究,可以找出內(nèi)蒙古建筑業(yè)和企業(yè)的發(fā)展方向,制定發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,提出可行的方法與措施,推進(jìn)本地區(qū)建筑業(yè)平穩(wěn)有序發(fā)展,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)企業(yè)走可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路。 本文以戰(zhàn)略管理理論為基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用SWOT分析方法,對(duì)國(guó)家、內(nèi)蒙古以及呼和浩特地區(qū)的外部宏觀環(huán)境、行業(yè)環(huán)境、呼和浩特建筑工程有限責(zé)任公司內(nèi)部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步分析內(nèi)蒙古和呼和浩特地區(qū)建筑業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì),面對(duì)的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。最后提出呼和浩特市建筑工程有限責(zé)任公司主要業(yè)務(wù)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略,進(jìn)而為呼和浩特市建筑工程有限責(zé)任公司戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施,提出相關(guān)的策略,明確保障措施。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)呼和浩特市建筑工程有限責(zé)任公司在當(dāng)前新環(huán)境下的戰(zhàn)略研究,對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古及呼和浩特地區(qū)建筑業(yè)持續(xù)健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of social progress and market economy, China's construction industry has ushered in a new era. From the central to the local level, governments at all levels are focusing on developing their respective superior industries and pillar industries, optimizing the allocation of resources, and speeding up the pace of industrial structure adjustment. Actively promote industry transformation and upgrading. By increasing investment in infrastructure, energy conservation, environmental protection and other fields, to ensure the sustained, healthy and stable development of the national economy. Good policy measures and market environment, As an independent and dependent industry, no matter in any country or region, The development of the construction industry plays an extremely important role in solving employment, stimulating the economy, promoting development, enhancing the comprehensive national strength, improving the quality of life and improving the people's livelihood. By studying the development strategy of Hohhot Construction Engineering Co., Ltd, this paper can find out the development direction of construction industry and enterprises in Inner Mongolia, formulate the development strategy, and put forward feasible methods and measures. Promote the smooth and orderly development of the construction industry in the region, and then promote the sustainable development of enterprises. Based on the theory of strategic management, this paper applies SWOT analysis method to analyze the external macro environment and industry environment of China, Inner Mongolia and Hohhot. The internal environment of Hohhot Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. is analyzed. On this basis, the advantages and disadvantages of the development of construction industry in Inner Mongolia and Hohhot are further analyzed. Finally, the paper puts forward the competitive strategy of the main business of Hohhot Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., and then puts forward the relevant strategies and clear safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy of Hohhot Construction Engineering Limited liability Company. Based on the strategic research of Hohhot Construction Engineering Co., Ltd under the new environment, this paper has certain guiding significance for the sustainable, healthy and stable development of the construction industry in Inner Mongolia and Hohhot.
