【摘要】:蒸壓粉煤灰磚是目前我國(guó)重點(diǎn)推廣的墻體建筑材料之一,在遼寧地區(qū)和其他省市對(duì)材料力學(xué)性能都進(jìn)行了大量的試驗(yàn)研究,但國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)于蒸壓粉煤灰磚等非燒結(jié)類磚砌體砂漿抗壓強(qiáng)度的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)研究并不多,相關(guān)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中主要是介紹對(duì)燒結(jié)磚砌筑砂漿強(qiáng)度的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)技術(shù)。近幾年由于此材料的大力推廣,在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)過(guò)程中檢測(cè)此種磚的砌筑砂漿強(qiáng)度時(shí)沒(méi)有相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范作為檢測(cè)依據(jù)。由于上述原因和現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)行了水泥混合砂漿砌筑的蒸壓粉煤灰磚砌體的砌筑砂漿強(qiáng)度檢測(cè)試驗(yàn),在本文中介紹了試驗(yàn)過(guò)程和試驗(yàn)結(jié)果。 本次試驗(yàn),以同條件養(yǎng)護(hù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)砂漿試塊抗壓強(qiáng)度代表墻體砂漿現(xiàn)齡期抗壓強(qiáng)度,基于規(guī)范選取工程檢測(cè)上常用的貫入法、點(diǎn)荷法檢測(cè)水泥混合砂漿砌筑的蒸壓粉煤灰磚砌體砂漿強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證性試驗(yàn)研究,同時(shí),將試驗(yàn)結(jié)果與規(guī)范測(cè)強(qiáng)曲線進(jìn)行對(duì)比,對(duì)于誤差較大的檢測(cè)方法,需要重新回歸或者修正原測(cè)強(qiáng)曲線。同時(shí)砌筑少量燒結(jié)磚墻進(jìn)行對(duì)比。 本文對(duì)試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)離散較大的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行剔除后,進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,其中貫入法試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的平均相對(duì)誤差和相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差均能符合規(guī)范要求,可以認(rèn)為貫入法測(cè)強(qiáng)適用于混合砂漿砌筑的蒸壓粉煤灰磚砌體的砂漿強(qiáng)度檢測(cè);點(diǎn)荷法數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)比較后發(fā)現(xiàn),蒸壓粉煤灰磚的實(shí)際結(jié)果均要小于規(guī)范的推定值,因此對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分類并與規(guī)范測(cè)強(qiáng)曲線比較,提出了精度較高的修正公式。
[Abstract]:Autoclaved pulverized coal brick is one of the most important wall building materials in China. A large number of experimental studies have been carried out on the mechanical properties of materials in Liaoning and other provinces and cities. However, there are few researches on the field test of compressive strength of non-sintered brick masonry such as autoclaved pulverized coal brick in China. The related national standards and industry standards mainly introduce the field testing technology for the strength of sintered brick masonry mortar. In recent years, due to the popularization of this material, The masonry mortar strength of this kind of brick is tested in the process of field inspection without relevant standard and specification as the basis of the inspection. Because of the above reasons and present situation, The test of masonry strength of autoclaved pulverized coal brick masonry with cement mixed mortar is carried out. The test process and test results are introduced in this paper. In this experiment, the compressive strength of the standard mortar under the same condition is used to represent the compressive strength of the wall mortar in its current age. Based on the selection of specifications, the commonly used penetration method in engineering inspection is selected. The strength of autoclaved pulverized coal brick masonry masonry masonry with cement mixed mortar is tested by point loading method. At the same time, the test results are compared with the standard strength measurement curve. The original strength curve needs to be regressed or revised. A small number of sintered brick walls are also built for comparison. In this paper, the test data are eliminated and the average relative error and the relative standard deviation of the penetration test data can meet the requirements of the specification. It can be considered that the strength measurement by penetration method is suitable for the mortar strength test of autoclaved pulverized coal brick masonry built with mixed mortar, and the actual results of autoclaved fly ash brick are all smaller than the predicted values of the specification after comparing the data of point loading method. Therefore, the data are classified and compared with the standard strength curve, and a correction formula with high accuracy is proposed.
