【摘要】：鄉(xiāng)土建筑遺產(chǎn)是我國歷史文化遺產(chǎn)的重要組成部分。隨著現(xiàn)代文明的飛速發(fā)展,我國城市化腳步的加快,很多優(yōu)秀的鄉(xiāng)土建筑遺產(chǎn)已經(jīng)被“現(xiàn)代化”的小洋樓所取代,所剩不多的鄉(xiāng)土建筑也正面臨著巨大的生存威脅。因此,鄉(xiāng)土建筑遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)實(shí)踐活動及其相關(guān)技術(shù)操作問題的研究梳理已經(jīng)刻不容緩。 鄉(xiāng)土建筑遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)是一個(gè)急迫而困惑的課題,這種困惑主要來自于社會現(xiàn)實(shí)與國際準(zhǔn)則之間的沖突。自工業(yè)革命以來全世界都處于經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)高速發(fā)展的時(shí)期,發(fā)展與保護(hù)經(jīng)常發(fā)生矛盾與沖突。在此背景之下,對于具有歷史文化價(jià)值的鄉(xiāng)土建筑根據(jù)它們各自的情況,采取各自適宜的保護(hù)模式以及保護(hù)操作方法加以保護(hù)可以說是一條極其正確的保護(hù)歷史文化遺產(chǎn)的道路。 本研究論文在大量查閱相關(guān)鄉(xiāng)土建筑遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,并以親身經(jīng)歷以及參加過的鄉(xiāng)土建筑測繪及保護(hù)更新項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)驗(yàn)為依托,整合梳理出較為明確的保護(hù)實(shí)踐理論,并進(jìn)行了一定程度的分析研究。全文共分為三個(gè)部分： 第一部分首先論述了鄉(xiāng)土建筑保護(hù)的相關(guān)理論,初步形成鄉(xiāng)土建筑保護(hù)的實(shí)踐方法體系。明確研究對象,對“鄉(xiāng)土建筑”這一概念進(jìn)行界定并剖析對其保護(hù)的價(jià)值,這一部分內(nèi)容主要是為下一部分論述鄉(xiāng)土建筑的保護(hù)實(shí)踐的各種相關(guān)問題提供理論基礎(chǔ)和研究背景。 第二部分是全文的主干與核心,主要分為三個(gè)點(diǎn)：第一點(diǎn)是對國內(nèi)外鄉(xiāng)土建筑保護(hù)的發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行一個(gè)概括和總結(jié)。從歷史發(fā)展進(jìn)程的角度論述了國外保護(hù)鄉(xiāng)土建筑遺產(chǎn)的態(tài)度和經(jīng)驗(yàn),總結(jié)了國際組織以及國際文書和憲章的形成發(fā)展史。同時(shí)以國內(nèi)外鄉(xiāng)土保護(hù)實(shí)踐案例為經(jīng)驗(yàn)分析,為今后我國鄉(xiāng)土建筑保護(hù)工作提供了可被借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。從而引出了第二點(diǎn)內(nèi)容,關(guān)于鄉(xiāng)土建筑的保護(hù)模式分析問題,根據(jù)鄉(xiāng)土建筑存在的各種特殊性問題,總結(jié)并概括了三類情況的保護(hù)模式,這幾種保護(hù)模式互為補(bǔ)充,為鄉(xiāng)土建筑保護(hù)提供了有力的實(shí)踐依據(jù)。在闡述了鄉(xiāng)土建筑保護(hù)運(yùn)動發(fā)展歷程的宏觀問題和鄉(xiāng)土建筑保護(hù)模式的中觀問題后,第三點(diǎn)論述的就是對鄉(xiāng)土建筑保護(hù)操作方法的進(jìn)行梳理。這一點(diǎn)是以鄉(xiāng)土建筑遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)的特殊性為切入點(diǎn)來進(jìn)行總結(jié)的。將鄉(xiāng)土建筑遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)實(shí)踐方法分為三個(gè)要素,即遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)、資金政策及保護(hù)利用,對鄉(xiāng)土建筑遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)操作方法進(jìn)行概括論述。從技術(shù)操作層面上對鄉(xiāng)土建筑的保護(hù)實(shí)踐工作做了梳理和總結(jié)。 文章最后論述了鄉(xiāng)土建筑遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)的長效機(jī)制,強(qiáng)調(diào)鄉(xiāng)土建筑這一歷史文化遺產(chǎn)要想得到有效保護(hù),必須有教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)制、政府管理機(jī)制和各方合作機(jī)制來互相調(diào)節(jié)。最后總結(jié)了鄉(xiāng)土建筑遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)實(shí)踐體系的各個(gè)方面,為今后的鄉(xiāng)土建筑的保護(hù)實(shí)踐工作及今后關(guān)于建筑創(chuàng)作教育模式方面帶來了啟示,指出了保護(hù)鄉(xiāng)土建筑的研究不僅僅是傳統(tǒng)建筑學(xué)領(lǐng)域所能達(dá)到的探討深度,而是多學(xué)科知識系統(tǒng)廣泛運(yùn)用綜合聚焦于這一領(lǐng)域的理論結(jié)晶。
[Abstract]:Vernacular architecture heritage is an important part of historical and cultural heritage in China. With the rapid development of modern civilization, our country city accelerated pace, many outstanding local architectural heritage has been "modernization" of the small building replaced the little native buildings are also facing great threats to survival. Therefore, study problems and related technology operation and protection practice of the vernacular architecture has been imperative.
Architectural heritage conservation is an urgent and perplexing issue, which mainly puzzled by the conflict between social reality and the international standards. Since the industrial revolution all over the world in the economic construction period of rapid development, the development and protection of frequent contradictions and conflicts. In this context, with historical and cultural value of the local the building according to their own situation, to take their proper protection mode and protection method of operation protection can be said to be a very correct historical and cultural heritage protection road.
This thesis is based on a large number of relevant local architectural heritage protection materials, and local building surveying and updating project experience and participated in the experience based on the integration of the protection of a clear theory of practice, and analyzed to a certain extent. The text is divided into three parts:
The first part discusses the related theory of vernacular architecture protection, initially formed a system of practice method of vernacular architecture protection. The clear object of study, the concept of "Vernacular Architecture" defines and analyzes the protection value, this part provides the theoretical basis and research background for the discussion of the vernacular architecture protection practice a variety of related issues under one.
The second part is the backbone and core of the whole thesis, mainly divided into three points: the first point is the development of domestic and foreign local building protection is summarized and summarized. The foreign architectural heritage conservation attitudes and experience this process from the perspective of historical development, summarizes the development history of the formation of international organizations and international instruments and charter. At the same time to the domestic and foreign local protection practice case for empirical analysis, can be provided reference for future Chinese vernacular architecture protection. Which leads to the second point, the protection mode about vernacular architecture analysis, according to the various special problems of local construction exists, and summarizes the protection three kinds of circumstances, the several protection methods complement each other, provide a strong basis for the practice of vernacular architecture protection. Describes the development of vernacular architecture in the macro protection movement Medium problem and local architecture protection mode, the third point is to discuss the operation method of vernacular architecture protection are reviewed. It is the particularity of the vernacular architecture heritage protection as a starting point to summarize. The last part of this article discusses the long-term mechanism of heritage conservation of vernacular architecture, vernacular architecture emphasizes the historical and cultural heritage to be protected effectively, must have the education training mechanism, government management mechanism and cooperation mechanism to regulate each other parties. Finally summed up the local architectural heritage protection in all aspects of nursing practice system, brings enlightenment to the practice of protecting the future of the vernacular architecture and architectural creation in the future on the mode of education, pointed out that the research on the protection of vernacular architecture is not only to explore the depth of traditional architecture can be achieved, but the crystallization theory of multi subject knowledge system used comprehensive focus on this field.
