綠色建筑理念在金谷大廈項目節(jié)能質(zhì)量管理中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:隨著我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,建筑業(yè)取得了很大發(fā)展,綠色建筑是建筑業(yè)發(fā)展的方向。隨著現(xiàn)階段低碳節(jié)能技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,各種節(jié)能新技術(shù)、新工藝、新材料成功的運用到建筑當(dāng)中,新的節(jié)能質(zhì)量管理措施也要跟上。本文從綠色建筑的內(nèi)涵著手,分析和總結(jié)天津市金谷大廈工程運用綠色建筑理念,進(jìn)行節(jié)能質(zhì)量管理的措施、經(jīng)驗,找出傳統(tǒng)質(zhì)量管理措施在實施過程中存在的問題,提出節(jié)能質(zhì)量控制環(huán)節(jié)的制度保障和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)完善。以可持續(xù)發(fā)展的綠色建筑理念指導(dǎo)綠色建筑的健康發(fā)展,提高綠色建筑節(jié)能質(zhì)量管理水平,推進(jìn)節(jié)能與綠色建筑的進(jìn)展。目前傳統(tǒng)的節(jié)能質(zhì)量管理存在著有些單位只注重中間檢查和驗收結(jié)果上,并為此付出大量的時間和精力,開始往往事與愿違,事倍功半。使綠色建筑的節(jié)能減排、綠色環(huán)保大打折扣。必須運用綠色建筑理念加強(qiáng)節(jié)能質(zhì)量管理,主要從三方面入手:首先要保證內(nèi)容和方法的全面,從內(nèi)容來看,不但要重視提高建筑產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,也要重視提高生產(chǎn)建筑產(chǎn)品的工作質(zhì)量;從方法來看,要靈活采用多種技術(shù)方法,主要涉及工作管理、專業(yè)生產(chǎn)技術(shù)、成本分析以及數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計等多個領(lǐng)域。其次要針對整個生產(chǎn)過程進(jìn)行控制,,不僅包括市場調(diào)查環(huán)節(jié)、產(chǎn)品研發(fā)環(huán)節(jié),還包括生產(chǎn)前期準(zhǔn)備環(huán)節(jié)、制造環(huán)節(jié),此外還包括檢驗、運輸、存貯環(huán)節(jié)以及銷售環(huán)節(jié)。再次要對全體人員加強(qiáng)節(jié)能質(zhì)量管理,進(jìn)一步明確每一個人的責(zé)任,這些人員不僅包括企業(yè)的管理人員、技術(shù)人員,還包括普通的工人。以保證綠色建筑達(dá)到真正“綠色”。了解傳統(tǒng)的節(jié)能質(zhì)量管理存在問題,并對其進(jìn)行全面控制改進(jìn),將綠色建筑理念運用到工程實踐中,為企業(yè)和社會創(chuàng)造效益。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the construction industry has made great progress, green building is the direction of construction industry. With the rapid development of low-carbon energy-saving technology, various new energy-saving technologies, new processes, With the successful application of new materials to buildings, the new measures of energy saving quality management should be kept up with. This paper begins with the connotation of green building, analyzes and summarizes the measures of energy saving quality management in Tianjin Jingu Building Project using the concept of green building. This paper finds out the problems existing in the implementation of the traditional quality management measures, and puts forward the system guarantee and standard perfection of the link of energy saving quality control so as to guide the healthy development of the green building with the idea of sustainable development. Improve the level of green building energy-saving quality management, promote the progress of energy-saving and green building. At present, there are some units in traditional energy-saving quality management that only pay attention to intermediate inspection and acceptance results, and devote a lot of time and energy to this. At first, the energy conservation and emission reduction of green buildings will be greatly reduced. We must use the concept of green buildings to strengthen energy conservation quality management, mainly from three aspects: first of all, we must ensure the content and methods to be comprehensive. In terms of content, attention should be paid not only to improving the quality of construction products, but also to improving the working quality of building products. In terms of methods, it is necessary to adopt a variety of technical methods flexibly, mainly involving job management and professional production techniques. Cost analysis and data statistics and other fields. Secondly, we should control the entire production process, including not only market research, product research and development, but also pre-production preparation, manufacturing, and inspection. Transportation, storage and sales links. Once again, it is necessary to strengthen the management of energy saving quality for all personnel, and further clarify the responsibilities of each individual. These personnel include not only the management and technical personnel of the enterprise, It also includes ordinary workers to ensure that green buildings are truly "green". Understand the problems existing in traditional energy-saving quality management, and carry out comprehensive control and improvement to apply the concept of green building to engineering practice. Create benefits for enterprises and society.
