【摘要】：如今我國的城市建設(shè)在高速發(fā)展中,城市可用的建設(shè)用地越來越少,高層建筑和超高層建筑工程如雨后春筍的涌現(xiàn),地下結(jié)構(gòu)工程的埋深也越來越大,基坑工程的設(shè)計要求也越來越高，同時對應(yīng)施工難度也越來越大，而國家相關(guān)行政主管部門對于基坑的安全性要求也越來越重視，制定了多項政策來加強對基坑施工的監(jiān)督管理，，確保基坑的安全。深基坑支護工程雖然大部分都屬臨時性工程,但因其對外界環(huán)境變化較敏感，受不確定性因素影響太多，而且施工技術(shù)復(fù)雜,其施工難度有的卻遠遠超過永久性的基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)，同時它也是一個非常系統(tǒng)工程,潛在危險性大、是確保后續(xù)永久性結(jié)構(gòu)施工的前提,所以它的重要性不言而喻，是土建工程管理中的一個重要環(huán)節(jié)。本文闡述在不同的環(huán)境條件下如何選擇合支護方式，以及如何明確基坑支護施工管理中的難點及重點，如何通過相應(yīng)的管理及技適的基坑術(shù)措施來確保基坑的安全。本文結(jié)合中惠璧瓏灣項目實際的工程案例,就深基坑支護施工管理重點及方法等進行分析探討。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of urban construction in our country, there are less and less land available for urban construction. The emergence of high-rise buildings and super-high-rise building projects and the underground structure projects are also becoming more and more deep. The design requirements of foundation pit engineering are more and more high, and the corresponding construction is becoming more and more difficult, and the relevant administrative departments of the state also pay more and more attention to the security requirements of foundation pit. A number of policies have been formulated to strengthen the supervision and management of foundation pit construction to ensure the safety of foundation pit. Although most of the deep foundation pit support works are temporary projects they are more sensitive to the changes of external environment. Too many uncertain factors, and complex construction technology, some of its construction difficulties are far more than permanent infrastructure, at the same time, it is also a very systematic engineering, potentially dangerous. It is the premise to ensure the subsequent construction of permanent structure, so its importance is self-evident, is an important link in the management of civil engineering. And how to clarify the difficulties and key points in foundation pit supporting construction management, and how to ensure the safety of foundation pit through the corresponding management and technical measures. This paper combined with the actual project case of HuiBilong Bay Project. The key points and methods of deep foundation pit supporting construction management are analyzed and discussed.
