多層鋼框架連續(xù)倒塌性能和設(shè)計方法研究

【摘要】:我國經(jīng)濟建設(shè)迅猛發(fā)展,每年有大量各種形式包括多層鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)在內(nèi)的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程在建設(shè)施工。相對于鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計理論和施工技術(shù)的不斷提高和完善,我國對鋼結(jié)構(gòu)使用周期內(nèi)的抗連續(xù)倒塌問題重視還不足,有關(guān)方面的理論和研究還處于起步階段,與國外相比還有一定的差距。并且國內(nèi)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程的實際情況(節(jié)點形式和構(gòu)造等)與國外有一定的差異。本文就多層鋼框架的連續(xù)倒塌問題進行研究,主要內(nèi)容包括: (1)以某二層鋼框架-組合樓板體系抗倒塌試驗為例,運用通用有限元軟件ANSYS建立三維有限元模型。詳細(xì)介紹了在ANSYS/LS-DYNA分析環(huán)境下相關(guān)的有限元建模技術(shù)、參數(shù)取值、材料失效準(zhǔn)則等,隨后運用該方法進行了有限元模型驗證。 (2)以某小區(qū)行政管理樓為實際工程背景,采用ANSYS軟件建立了帶樓板的框架有限元模型。采用瞬時加載法在ANSYS/LS-DYNA平臺下來模擬倒塌工況的發(fā)生,并對剩余結(jié)構(gòu)的倒塌性能進行分析。模擬該多層鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)在單個柱構(gòu)件失效后以及多個柱失效后的響應(yīng)情況。 (3)針對不同設(shè)計條件(跨度、跨數(shù)、層數(shù)、荷載、地震烈度、材料強度等),采用MIDAS軟件設(shè)計了相應(yīng)的帶樓板多層鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu),為了使框架間抗連續(xù)倒塌性能的比較更有說服力,在設(shè)計框架時使其承載力儲備接近,即框架的承載力滿足鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范及抗震設(shè)計規(guī)范的最低要求,隨后應(yīng)用ANSYS/LS-DYNA對這些鋼框架的抗連續(xù)倒塌性能進行了有限元分析,通過分析比較這些框架在有選擇地拆除單柱和多個柱后的框架變形來衡量這些框架的抗連續(xù)倒塌性能,隨后通過數(shù)據(jù)處理進一步得到上述的不同設(shè)計參數(shù)條件對框架抗連續(xù)倒塌性能的影響程度。 (4)總結(jié)了各國規(guī)范有關(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)抗連續(xù)倒塌性能設(shè)計方法,結(jié)合已有的分析研究結(jié)果,,根據(jù)我國鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)的實際情況和設(shè)計目標(biāo),從中提出適合多層鋼框架抗連續(xù)倒塌性能的相關(guān)設(shè)計方法原則等,并給出了多層鋼框架抗連續(xù)倒塌的一些設(shè)計建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economic construction, a large number of steel structure projects, including multi-story steel frame structures, are being constructed every year. Compared with the design theory and construction technology of steel structures, the design theory and construction technology are constantly improved and improved. In China, insufficient attention has been paid to the continuous collapse resistance of steel structures in their life cycle, and the relevant theories and studies are still in their infancy. Compared with foreign countries, there is still a certain gap. And the actual situation of domestic steel structure engineering (such as joint form and structure) is different from that of foreign countries. In this paper, the continuous collapse of multi-story steel frame is studied. The main elements include: 1) taking a two-story steel frame-composite floor system as an example. The 3D finite element model is established by using the general finite element software ANSYS. The relevant finite element modeling technology and parameter selection under the ANSYS/LS-DYNA analysis environment are introduced in detail. Then the finite element method is used to verify the failure criterion of the material. 2) taking the administration building of a small district as the actual engineering background. The finite element model of the frame with floor is established by using ANSYS software, and the instantaneous loading method is used to simulate the collapse condition of the ANSYS/LS-DYNA platform. The collapse behavior of the remaining structure is analyzed, and the response of the multi-story steel frame structure after the failure of the single column member and the failure of multiple columns is simulated. According to the different design conditions (span, span, story number, load, seismic intensity, material strength, etc.), the corresponding multi-story steel frame structure with floor slab is designed by MIDAS software. In order to make the comparison of the continuous collapse resistance between frames more convincing, the bearing capacity of the frame is close to that of the steel structure design code and the seismic design code when the frame is designed, that is to say, the bearing capacity of the frame meets the minimum requirements of the steel structure design code and the seismic design code. Then the finite element analysis of the continuous collapse resistance of these steel frames is carried out by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The continuous collapse resistance of these frames is measured by analyzing and comparing the deformation of these frames after the selective removal of single column and multiple columns. Then the influence of the different design parameters on the continuous collapse resistance of the frame is obtained by data processing. In this paper, the design methods of continuous collapse resistance of structures in different countries are summarized. According to the existing analysis and research results, according to the actual situation and design objectives of steel frame structures of steel structure design code in China. The relevant design principles suitable for the continuous collapse resistance of multi-story steel frames are put forward, and some design suggestions on the resistance of multi-story steel frames to continuous collapse are given.
