【摘要】：本論文采用綜合、比較、層次分析等簡明、實(shí)用的研究方法，通過梳理城鎮(zhèn)、城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)，兩型社會(huì)、兩型社會(huì)城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)、城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)指標(biāo)體系等概念，明確論文研究對(duì)象、內(nèi)容及目的與意義；通過分析國內(nèi)、外的既有研究，總結(jié)其對(duì)構(gòu)建“兩型社會(huì)”城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)指標(biāo)體系的啟示；并在此基礎(chǔ)上，歸納、演繹、構(gòu)建“兩型社會(huì)”城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)指標(biāo)體系并對(duì)其進(jìn)行權(quán)重確定與賦值，探討出資源節(jié)約型、環(huán)境友好型社會(huì)城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)未來的發(fā)展方向。 全文共分6章。第一章，界定論文研究主題、相關(guān)概念、內(nèi)容與創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)，選擇恰當(dāng)?shù)难芯糠椒ㄅc技術(shù)路徑。第二章，總結(jié)國內(nèi)、外既有研究，演繹其對(duì)資源節(jié)約型、環(huán)境友好型社會(huì)城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建的啟示。第三章，，梳理國內(nèi)有關(guān)“兩型社會(huì)”城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)指標(biāo)體系內(nèi)容，并從考核適宜性、數(shù)據(jù)有效性與指標(biāo)體系間考核區(qū)別性等評(píng)估視角來對(duì)其進(jìn)行分析。第四章，在既有研究的基礎(chǔ)上，構(gòu)建“兩型社會(huì)”城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)指標(biāo)體系。運(yùn)用Delphi專家咨詢法、復(fù)合加權(quán)平均法對(duì)初步構(gòu)建的“兩型社會(huì)”城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行二輪篩選；基于篩選的成果，構(gòu)建“兩型社會(huì)”城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)引導(dǎo)性指標(biāo)體系，并運(yùn)用層次分析法對(duì)指標(biāo)體系取二次權(quán)重，得出“兩型社會(huì)”城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)核心指標(biāo)體系。第五章，對(duì)核指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行解析并賦值。第六章，對(duì)全文進(jìn)行總結(jié)，并歸納“兩型社會(huì)”城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)指標(biāo)體系的相關(guān)問題及根源，最后對(duì)資源節(jié)約型、環(huán)境友好型社會(huì)城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)未來的研究方向作出展望。
[Abstract]:This paper adopts the concise and practical research methods such as synthesis, comparison and AHP, through combing the concepts of town, town construction, two-type society, two-type society urban construction, urban construction index system and so on. To clarify the research object, content, purpose and significance of the paper; Through the analysis of domestic and foreign existing research, summarizes its inspiration to the construction of "two-type society" urban construction index system; And on this basis, induces, deduces, constructs the "two-type society" the urban construction index system, and carries on the weight determination and the assignment to it, discusses the resource-saving type. The future development direction of environmental-friendly society and town construction. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter defines the research theme, related concepts, content and innovation, choose the appropriate research methods and technical path. Chapter two, summarizes the existing research at home and abroad. Deduces its inspiration to the construction of resource-conserving, environment-friendly society urban construction index system. Chapter III, combing the domestic "two-type society" urban construction index system content, and from the assessment of suitability. The data validity and the evaluation difference between the index system are analyzed from the perspective of evaluation. Chapter 4th, on the basis of the existing research. The index system of "two-type society" urban construction is constructed. The index system of "two-type society" urban construction is screened by using Delphi expert consultation method and compound weighted average method. Based on the results of screening, this paper constructs the guiding index system of "two-type society" urban construction, and uses AHP to take the secondary weight of the index system, and obtains the core index system of "two-type society" urban construction. 5th chapter. The nuclear index system is analyzed and assigned to the 6th chapter, the full text is summarized, and the related problems and root causes of the "two-type society" urban construction index system are summarized. Finally, the resource-conserving model is given. The future research direction of environmental-friendly society and town construction is prospected.
