【摘要】：街道景觀是城市景觀必不可少的構(gòu)成要素。從古至今,城市在規(guī)劃建設(shè)中必能帶動街道格局的變化。街道見證了城市發(fā)展,比起建筑,在某些程度上更能代表一個城市的歷史與文化。 時光荏苒,一座座古城隨著時光流逝已變?yōu)楝F(xiàn)代化城市,但從城市中保留下來的古老街區(qū)中依稀能看出當年的景象。它們是城市歷史文化的遺存,記錄了城市的傳統(tǒng)風貌,保存有城市發(fā)展過程中的歷史信息,這就是“歷史街區(qū)”。 青州市十里古街是位于青州市區(qū)的一個歷史街區(qū)。明、清時期,這里曾是山東東部著名的商貿(mào)中心和宗教活動中心。街區(qū)中昭德古街一段因匯聚了明清遺留的大量保存完好的古建筑,榮列中國首批“中國歷史文化名街”。 本文首先追溯了特定歷史時期下、置于城市建設(shè)發(fā)展總體框架下的十里古街的形成與歷史變遷。針對明清時期城市中街道的空間形式、街道景觀、節(jié)點特質(zhì)、臨街建筑、鋪面形態(tài)、環(huán)境關(guān)系、視覺屬性等為主體,以及與其相關(guān)的空間元素進行了具體的分析。對構(gòu)成城市街道格局及街道空間傳統(tǒng)型制及景觀要素等,較詳盡地探究了街區(qū)整體布局與局部片區(qū)的演繹及內(nèi)蘊的歷史內(nèi)涵,如坊里、街巷、民居、市廛、私家園林等。 本文著重于十里古街中歷史街區(qū)的布局及景觀特色研究,并通過查找各種歷史文獻資料,以及現(xiàn)場調(diào)研,結(jié)合當?shù)乩先说脑L談等技術(shù)途徑,從十里古街發(fā)展的時代背景、政治經(jīng)濟、社會環(huán)境、人文精神、建成環(huán)境等出發(fā),進而分析街區(qū)的總體風貌、諸如肌理、尺度、節(jié)點、布局等各個空間要素。試圖通過對其景觀要素的研究,揭示青州古城的深層文化內(nèi)涵及積淀,向人們展示這條聞名于北宋、繁盛于明清的商業(yè)街區(qū)往日風貌及其源遠流長的文化特點。 最后針對十里古街歷史街區(qū)的保護、更新、旅游等方面的現(xiàn)狀與問題提出了建議。旨在通過一系列的保護性規(guī)劃,能達到改善街巷居民的生活環(huán)境及鄰里關(guān)系、維持城市歷史環(huán)境的延續(xù)性和歷史性的目的。并通過旅游發(fā)展使將老城歷史景觀風貌與獨特文化內(nèi)涵融為一體,在保護傳承好文化原真性同時,充分凸顯文化展示、藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作、旅游觀光、休閑體驗等功能。
[Abstract]:Street landscape is an essential component of urban landscape. From ancient times, urban planning and construction will lead to the change of street pattern. Streets witness the development of the city, compared to architecture. To some extent, it is more representative of the history and culture of a city. As time flies, ancient cities have become modern cities with the passage of time, but they can be seen vaguely from the ancient neighborhoods that remain in the city. They are relics of the city's history and culture. This paper records the traditional style and features of the city, and preserves the historical information in the course of city development, which is called "historical block". Qingzhou Shiligu Street is located in Qingzhou District, a historical block. Ming, Qing Dynasty. It used to be a famous commercial center and religious center in eastern Shandong. A section of Zhaode ancient street in the block, because of the collection of a large number of preserved ancient buildings left by the Ming and Qing dynasties, was listed among the first "famous Chinese historical and cultural streets" in china. . This paper first traces the formation and historical changes of the ancient streets in the specific historical period, under the overall framework of urban construction and development, aiming at the space form, street landscape and node characteristics of the streets in the Ming and Qing dynasties. Street building, pavement form, environmental relations, visual attributes as the main body, as well as the related space elements of the specific analysis of the formation of the city street pattern and street space traditional system and landscape elements. This paper probes into the whole layout of the block and the deduction and connotation of the local district in detail, such as the square, the streets, the houses, the shops, the private gardens and so on. This paper focuses on the layout and landscape characteristics of the historic block in the ancient street, and through looking up various historical documents, as well as field investigation, combined with the interview of the local old people and other technical ways. From the background of the development of Shili ancient street, political and economic, social environment, humanistic spirit, built environment, and so on, then analyze the overall style of the street, such as texture, scale, node. Layout and other spatial elements. Through the study of its landscape elements, this paper attempts to reveal the deep cultural connotation and accumulation of the ancient city of Qingzhou, and to show people this famous one in the Northern Song Dynasty. The commercial district flourished in the Ming and Qing dynasties and its ancient cultural characteristics. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the protection, renewal, tourism and other aspects of the historic block of Shili ancient street, aiming at adopting a series of protective planning. It can improve the living environment and neighborhood relationship of the residents, maintain the continuity and historical purpose of the historical environment of the city, and integrate the historical landscape and the unique cultural connotations of the old city through the development of tourism. At the same time, the functions of cultural display, art creation, tourism and leisure experience are fully highlighted.
