【摘要】：我國改革開放以來,鋼鐵工業(yè)得到了很大的發(fā)展。我國鋼產(chǎn)量自1996年首次突破1億噸后,一直位居世界第一,為我國建筑用鋼提供了充足的原材料儲備。我國政府對建筑用鋼的政策也從20世紀(jì)50-60年代的限制使用,到20世紀(jì)80年代的合理使用,最后到20世紀(jì)90年代的鼓勵使用,為我國鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅的發(fā)展提供了政策上的支持。近年來,我國鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)得到了長足的發(fā)展,鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅也受到越來越廣泛的重視和推廣。 本文系統(tǒng)地闡述了國內(nèi)外鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與應(yīng)用前景,論述了鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅的優(yōu)缺點以及存在的問題�？偨Y(jié)了鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅幾種常用結(jié)構(gòu)體系以及各個結(jié)構(gòu)體系的優(yōu)缺點和鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅的各項技術(shù)要求。 本文以鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅體系和傳統(tǒng)的鋼筋混凝土住宅體系為研究對象,運用理論與實踐、定量與定性相結(jié)合的方法,通過已建工程實例,運用價值工程理論對兩種結(jié)構(gòu)體系的有關(guān)經(jīng)濟技術(shù)指標(biāo)進行對比分析,結(jié)合我國的國情,根據(jù)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅的特點,提出了我國鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展過程中存在的問題及相關(guān)的對策。 隨著國民經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展和建筑施工技術(shù)的不斷進步,鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅的發(fā)展和推廣將打開一個嶄新的局面,將成為我國住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)一個新的發(fā)展方向和必然趨勢。
[Abstract]:Since China's reform and opening up, the iron and steel industry has been greatly developed. China's steel output has been ranked first in the world since 1996, when it first exceeded 100 million tons. The policy of our government on the construction steel from 20th century to the 50-60 's limited use, to 1980s reasonable use. Finally, the encouragement to use in 1990s has provided policy support for the development of steel structure housing in China. In recent years, the steel structure housing industry in China has been greatly developed. The steel structure residence also receives more and more widespread attention and promotion. In this paper, the present situation and application prospect of steel structure residence at home and abroad are described systematically. This paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages and the existing problems of the steel structure residence, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of common structure system and each structure system of the steel structure residence, and the various technical requirements of the steel structure residence. In this paper, the steel structure housing system and the traditional reinforced concrete housing system as the research object, using the theory and practice, quantitative and qualitative methods, through the built project examples. By using the theory of value engineering, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the relevant economic and technical indexes of the two structural systems, and combines with the national conditions of our country, according to the characteristics of the steel structure housing. The problems existing in the development of steel structure housing industrialization in China and the relevant countermeasures are put forward. With the rapid development of national economy and the continuous progress of construction technology, the development and promotion of steel structure housing will open a new situation, and will become a new development direction and inevitable trend of our country's housing industry.
