【摘要】：現(xiàn)代意義上的商業(yè)步行街起源于歐洲,是城市化快速發(fā)展背景下的產(chǎn)物,它的發(fā)展大致經(jīng)歷了純粹的商業(yè)街、具備人文關懷的街和成為社會交往活動的中心三個階段。時至今日,步行街的功能日趨完善,成為城市中具有經(jīng)濟、文化、社會意義的綜合體。進入20世紀90年代以來,隨著我國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,各大中小城市興起了建設步行街的熱潮,但在這股浪潮中,大部分商業(yè)步行街的建設并沒有取得真正的成功。國內不少學者從很多角度對商業(yè)步行街做了很多的研究。 本文以武漢市楚河漢街為研究對象,運用商業(yè)步行街建設的相關理論,通過一些成功案例的對比,主要從其景觀設計方面找出了存在的問題,分析了相關原因,并且提出了相關改進的措施。 論文的正文分為四個部分： 第一部分,介紹了論文的研究背景和意義,國內外研究現(xiàn)狀和研究方法等,簡述了當今商業(yè)步行街的相關研究理論。 第二部分,主要講述了商業(yè)步行街在我國的發(fā)展狀況,在發(fā)展中遇到的實際問題,并介紹了兩個商業(yè)步行街的成功案例,為楚河漢街的研究提供相關的參考。 第三部分,通過查閱資料和調查走訪,指出了楚河漢街中存在的一些問題,分析了造成這些問題的原因,并且對楚河漢街存在的問題提出了一些改進的建議。第四部分,主要是通過對楚河漢街的研究得出了商業(yè)步行街建設中應該注意的一些問題和經(jīng)驗教訓,希望對商業(yè)步行街的建設者們提供有意義的指導和借鑒。 本文的亮點是選取的對象楚河漢街是武漢市正在建設中的商業(yè)步行街,對此研究文章還是比較少的,選題還是比較新穎的,可以說這正是本文的創(chuàng)新之處。當然,楚河漢街還在建設中,本文的研究存在的不足之處還需日后進一步的完善。
[Abstract]:Modern commercial pedestrian street originated in Europe, is the product of rapid development of urbanization, its development has generally experienced a pure commercial street. Street with humanistic care and become the center of social activities in three stages. Today, the function of pedestrian street is becoming more and more perfect, become the city with economy, culture. Since 1990s, with the development of economy in our country, the construction of pedestrian street has been on the rise in large, medium and small cities, but in this tide. Most of the construction of commercial pedestrian street has not made a real success. Many domestic scholars have done a lot of research on commercial pedestrian street from many angles. This article takes the Wuhan Chuhe Han Street as the research object, uses the commercial pedestrian street construction related theory, through the comparison of some successful cases, mainly from its landscape design aspect has found the existence question. The related reasons are analyzed, and the improvement measures are put forward. The text of the thesis is divided into four parts: The first part introduces the research background and significance of the paper, domestic and foreign research status and research methods, and describes the current commercial pedestrian street related research theory. The second part mainly describes the development of commercial pedestrian street in China, the actual problems encountered in the development, and introduces two successful cases of commercial pedestrian street. It provides the relevant reference for the study of Hanjie of Chuhe River. The third part points out some problems and analyzes the causes of these problems. And put forward some suggestions to improve the existing problems of Chuhehan Street. 4th part, mainly through the study of Chuhehan Street to get some problems and lessons that should be paid attention to in the construction of commercial pedestrian street. I hope that the commercial pedestrian street builders to provide meaningful guidance and reference. The bright spot of this paper is the selected object Chuhe Han Street is a commercial pedestrian street under construction in Wuhan. It can be said that this is the innovation of this paper. Of course, Chukhehan Street is still under construction, and the deficiencies of this study need to be further improved in the future.
