【摘要】：城市是人類活動的聚居地，是生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展到一定階段的產(chǎn)物，是人類社會文明程度的重要象征。隨著我國的城市化進程的穩(wěn)步提升，城市的物質(zhì)建設迅猛發(fā)展。然而，城市不僅是一個地區(qū)現(xiàn)代化物質(zhì)建設的集聚地，更是一個地區(qū)文明和歷史的集聚地。 本論文立足于城市文化的視角，對城市發(fā)展質(zhì)量如何評價進行深入研究，其目的在于將城市發(fā)展質(zhì)量中的文化屬性具體化，進而通過文化要素的確立，建立一套可量化的城市發(fā)展質(zhì)量評價體系。根據(jù)此評價體系，可以對城市發(fā)展的整體水平進行評價，重點在于衡量城市文化質(zhì)量，考察城市文化水平與城市整體發(fā)展水平的關系等，，從而達到指導城市政策的制定，引導城市財政的投入，最終實現(xiàn)城市發(fā)展質(zhì)量的整體提升的目標。 論文共分為六個章節(jié)，第一章節(jié)由文化沙漠的討論引出對城市文化量化的思考，提出研究對象、研究背景與意義，并對國內(nèi)外研究進展進行理論綜述。第二章節(jié)通過反思快速城市化背景下城市文化的角色，分析了快速城市化與文化沙漠化的關系，并探討了城市發(fā)展質(zhì)量與城市文化的關系。第三章節(jié)是本研究的核心，首先構建了城市發(fā)展質(zhì)量的概念模型，其次研究了評價體系構建的具體方法，最后構建出本研究的城市發(fā)展質(zhì)量評價體系，并闡釋了評價指標的含義，計算出評價指標的權重。第四章節(jié)是實例研究部分，分別進行了時間向度和空間向度的城市發(fā)展質(zhì)量比較研究，前者以廣州市（2007-2011）為例，后者以廣深兩市（2011）為例，對本文構建的城市發(fā)展質(zhì)量評價體系進行實際運用與驗證。第五章節(jié)是對本研究構建的評價體系的反思和邏輯梳理，對城市發(fā)展質(zhì)量的概念模型做了進一步延展。結論部分歸納總結出本研究的5點主要結論，3個主要創(chuàng)新點和3個需要進一步討論的問題。
[Abstract]:City is the settlement of human activities, is the product of the development of productive forces to a certain stage, is an important symbol of the civilization of human society. However, the city is not only a gathering place of modern material construction in a region, but also a gathering place of regional civilization and history. This paper is based on the perspective of urban culture, how to evaluate the quality of urban development in-depth study, the purpose of the quality of urban development is to specify the cultural attributes, and then through the establishment of cultural elements. To establish a set of quantifiable evaluation system of urban development quality. According to this evaluation system, the overall level of urban development can be evaluated, with emphasis on measuring the quality of urban culture. The relationship between the level of urban culture and the overall level of urban development is investigated, so as to guide the formulation of urban policies, guide the investment of urban finance, and finally achieve the goal of improving the quality of urban development as a whole. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the discussion of the cultural desert to lead to the quantitative thinking of urban culture, put forward the research object, research background and significance. The second chapter analyzes the relationship between rapid urbanization and cultural desertification by reflecting on the role of urban culture in the context of rapid urbanization. The third chapter is the core of this study. Firstly, the concept model of urban development quality is constructed, and then the concrete method of evaluation system is studied. Finally, the evaluation system of urban development quality is constructed, and the meaning of evaluation index is explained, and the weight of evaluation index is calculated. Chapter 4th is the case study part. A comparative study on the quality of urban development in the time and space directions is carried out respectively. The former takes Guangzhou (2007-2011) as an example, the latter (Guangzhou-Shenzhen (2011)) as an example. This article constructs the urban development quality evaluation system to carry on the actual application and the verification. 5th chapter is the reflection and the logic comb to this research construction appraisal system. The conceptual model of urban development quality is further extended. In the conclusion part, 5 main conclusions, 3 innovation points and 3 problems that need further discussion are summarized.
