【摘要】：企業(yè)文化對(duì)企業(yè)生存與發(fā)展有著不可替代的重要作用，是企業(yè)持續(xù)、快速、協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的重要保證，在21世紀(jì)將成為決定企業(yè)興衰的關(guān)鍵因素。中外企業(yè)發(fā)展的成功實(shí)踐表明，企業(yè)的發(fā)展靠的是核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，沒(méi)有好的企業(yè)文化，也就不會(huì)有長(zhǎng)久的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。企業(yè)應(yīng)切實(shí)重視企業(yè)文化的建設(shè)，真正為企業(yè)健康發(fā)展注入持久的文化推動(dòng)力。 本文在總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)文化研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上，闡述了企業(yè)文化與企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)系，通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)施工企業(yè)文化建設(shè)尤其是對(duì)世界500強(qiáng)中國(guó)交通建設(shè)集團(tuán)和中國(guó)水電建設(shè)集團(tuán)兩大建筑施工企業(yè)文化的特點(diǎn)、內(nèi)涵和文化影響進(jìn)行解析，，進(jìn)一步論證了加強(qiáng)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)對(duì)企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提升作用。本文介紹了中國(guó)水電港航公司的成立背景，以及公司成立后通過(guò)加強(qiáng)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)提升核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的發(fā)展成果，重點(diǎn)對(duì)中國(guó)水電港航公司的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)中存在的問(wèn)題和影響公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的諸多因素進(jìn)行剖析，指出了繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)港航文化建設(shè)的目標(biāo)、方向、路徑、工作重點(diǎn)和措施，為進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化企業(yè)文化建設(shè)，提高企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，提供了理論支持。
[Abstract]:Corporate culture plays an irreplaceable role in the survival and development of enterprises. It is an important guarantee for the sustained, rapid and coordinated development of enterprises. In 21th century, it will become the key factor to determine the rise and fall of enterprises. The successful practice of the development of Chinese and foreign enterprises shows that the development of enterprises depends on the core competitiveness, and there is no good corporate culture. Enterprises should attach importance to the construction of corporate culture and inject a lasting cultural impetus into the healthy development of enterprises. On the basis of summarizing the research results of corporate culture at home and abroad, this paper expounds the relationship between corporate culture and enterprise core competitiveness. Through the construction enterprise culture construction of our country, especially to the world top 500 China traffic construction group and the China hydropower construction group two big building construction enterprise culture characteristic, the connotation and the cultural influence carries on the analysis. This paper further demonstrates the role of strengthening the construction of corporate culture to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. This paper introduces the background of the establishment of China Hydropower Port and Shipping Company. And after the establishment of the company through the strengthening of corporate culture construction to enhance the core competitiveness of the development results. The problems existing in the construction of the corporate culture of China Hydropower Port and Shipping Company and the factors affecting the construction of the company's corporate culture are analyzed, and the aim, direction and path of further strengthening the cultural construction of the port and shipping industry are pointed out. The key points and measures provide theoretical support for further strengthening the construction of corporate culture and improving the core competitiveness of enterprises.
