【摘要】：[目的]為修訂地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《集中空調(diào)通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)衛(wèi)生管理規(guī)范》提供技術(shù)依據(jù)。 [方法1收集國(guó)內(nèi)外公共建筑集中空調(diào)通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)衛(wèi)生相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)范,分析對(duì)于重點(diǎn)環(huán)節(jié)衛(wèi)生要求的異同,并對(duì)公共建筑集中空調(diào)通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀實(shí)地調(diào)研和檢測(cè)后,最終編制完成新地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)意見(jiàn)稿。 [結(jié)果](1)尋找公共建筑集中空調(diào)通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)可能產(chǎn)生污染物的種類(lèi)及微生物積聚的部位,確定重點(diǎn)環(huán)節(jié),并分析其對(duì)室內(nèi)環(huán)境的影響；分析國(guó)內(nèi)外公共建筑集中空調(diào)通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)衛(wèi)生相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)范,通過(guò)對(duì)于各個(gè)重點(diǎn)環(huán)節(jié)衛(wèi)生要求的對(duì)比和分析,明確了新地標(biāo)修訂時(shí)需加強(qiáng)和室內(nèi)機(jī)械通風(fēng)行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的有效銜接以及避免以原則為主增加可操作性這兩個(gè)方向。(2)通過(guò)對(duì)公共建筑集中空調(diào)通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)、冷凝水冷卻水嗜肺軍團(tuán)菌檢測(cè)以及公共建筑集中空調(diào)通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)消毒效果檢測(cè),分析公共建筑集中空調(diào)通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)污染現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題,并且最終明確了新地標(biāo)修訂時(shí)需完善預(yù)防性衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督工作規(guī)范集中空調(diào)通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、完善日常運(yùn)行管理、完善冷卻塔衛(wèi)生設(shè)計(jì)、完善空調(diào)通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)的衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督檢查制度等方向。(3)分析現(xiàn)有地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)存在的問(wèn)題及薄弱環(huán)節(jié),并在調(diào)查研究分析的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)實(shí)際情況,借鑒國(guó)外成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),彌補(bǔ)原有地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的不足,確定本次新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的相關(guān)修訂技術(shù)內(nèi)容。 [成果]形成了《集中空調(diào)通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)衛(wèi)生管理規(guī)范》征求意見(jiàn)稿。
[Abstract]:[Objective] to provide the technical basis for revising the local standard, hygienic management code of central air conditioning and ventilation system. [Methods 1 collect the hygienic standards and norms of central air conditioning and ventilation system in public buildings at home and abroad, and analyze the similarities and differences of hygienic requirements for key links. After investigating and testing the current situation of central air conditioning and ventilation system in public buildings, the new draft of local standard was compiled. [Results: 1) to find out the types of pollutants and the accumulation of microorganisms in the central air conditioning and ventilation system of public buildings, to determine the key links, and to analyze its impact on the indoor environment; This paper analyzes the hygienic standards and specifications of central air conditioning and ventilation system in public buildings at home and abroad, and compares and analyzes the hygienic requirements of each key link. It is clear that the new landmarks should be strengthened and effectively connected with the standards of indoor machinery and ventilation industry when the new landmarks are revised, and the two directions of avoiding the principle as the main way to increase the maneuverability are pointed out. Through the public building centralized air conditioning ventilation system field investigation and field inspection. The detection of Legionella pneumophila in condensed water cooling water and the disinfection effect of centralized air conditioning ventilation system in public buildings were analyzed. The pollution status and problems of central air conditioning ventilation system in public buildings were analyzed. Finally, it is clear that it is necessary to perfect the design of central air conditioning and ventilation system, improve the daily operation management, and perfect the sanitary design of cooling tower when the new landmark is revised. Improve the air conditioning ventilation system health supervision and inspection system, etc.) analyze the existing problems and weak links of local standards, and on the basis of investigation and analysis, according to the actual situation in China. Learn from the successful experience of foreign countries, make up for the shortcomings of the original local standards, determine the new standards related to the revision of the technical content. [Results] formed the draft of hygienic management standard of central air conditioning and ventilation system.
