BIM在建設(shè)項目生命周期中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:BIM在中國建筑行業(yè)領(lǐng)域中處于初步發(fā)展階段,隨著中國建筑市場中大型公建項目的日益增多,大型城市綜合體建設(shè)的快速發(fā)展,漸漸的被一些大型地產(chǎn)企業(yè)所接納,較大程度的改善大規(guī)模建筑復(fù)雜的管理過程。 2009年4月,由歐特克公司和中國建筑學(xué)會共同舉辦了首屆BIM建筑設(shè)計大賽,在國家的重大工程項目上,帶頭使用了BIM技術(shù),給很多建筑企業(yè)起到了了引導(dǎo)作用。如北京奧運會國家游泳中心的建筑設(shè)計方案,上海世博會的項目群數(shù)字可視化管理系統(tǒng)的實施等等,為了提高全行業(yè)科技水平和核心競爭力,使行業(yè)發(fā)展更加有序,,提高生產(chǎn)效率,中國房地產(chǎn)協(xié)會商業(yè)地產(chǎn)專業(yè)委員會也在2010年開始組織研究和發(fā)布《中國商業(yè)地產(chǎn)BIM應(yīng)用研究報告》,用于指導(dǎo)和跟蹤商業(yè)地產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域BIM技術(shù)的應(yīng)用和發(fā)展?梢姡覈鴮IM技術(shù)對建筑行業(yè)的影響非常的重視。 本文對BIM的進行了簡單的介紹,在建設(shè)項目中各個生命周期中遇到的生產(chǎn)及管理問題,通過BIM的各種優(yōu)勢做了一些討論。文中舉例北京CDD嘉悅廣場項目和上海中心項目在開發(fā)過程中遇到的問題,從開發(fā)前期的規(guī)劃階段到施工階段以及后期的經(jīng)營管理階段,需要一個流水線般的管理。 論文著重分析建設(shè)項目各階段中運用BIM的價值,采用BIM作為管理工具對常規(guī)管理方法進行優(yōu)化。在建設(shè)項目的各個階段中分別舉例論證管理問題,并通過實際案例論證,提出BIM技術(shù)需要完善的內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:BIM is in the initial stage of development in the field of construction industry in China. With the increasing number of large-scale public construction projects in the Chinese construction market, the rapid development of large-scale urban complex construction. Gradually accepted by some large real estate enterprises, to a large extent to improve the complex management process of large-scale buildings. In April 2009, the first BIM Architectural Design Competition was jointly held by Otek and the Chinese Architectural Society, which took the lead in the use of BIM technology in major national engineering projects. For many construction enterprises have played a leading role, such as the Beijing Olympic Games National Swimming Center architectural design, Shanghai World Expo project group digital visual management system implementation and so on. In order to improve the level of science and technology and core competitiveness of the whole industry, make the development of the industry more orderly, improve the production efficiency. In 2010, the Commercial Real Estate Professional Committee of China Real Estate Association also began to organize and publish the "China Commercial Real Estate BIM Application Research report". It is used to guide and track the application and development of BIM technology in commercial real estate field. It can be seen that our country attaches great importance to the influence of BIM technology on the construction industry. This paper gives a brief introduction to BIM, the production and management problems encountered in each life cycle of the construction project. This paper discusses the advantages of BIM and gives some examples of the problems encountered in the development of the Beijing CDD Jiayue Square Project and the Shanghai Center Project. From the early stage of development to the stage of construction and the later stage of management, a pipeline management is needed. This paper focuses on the analysis of the value of the use of BIM in each stage of the construction project, and uses BIM as a management tool to optimize the conventional management methods. In each stage of the construction project, examples are given to demonstrate the management problems. And through the actual case demonstration, proposed the BIM technology needs the consummation content.
