【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代人們生活水平的提高，為了滿足大家日益增長(zhǎng)的對(duì)居住、健身、休閑及人際交往的需求，人們逐漸對(duì)居住區(qū)環(huán)境產(chǎn)生了更多的要求。在我國(guó)，關(guān)于居住區(qū)環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)的理論和實(shí)踐層出不窮，但從人的行為方面來(lái)專門論述居住區(qū)環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)的理論文獻(xiàn)還不是很多。本文主要從環(huán)境心理學(xué)這一理論入手，重點(diǎn)研究人的心理及行為與居住區(qū)環(huán)境之間的關(guān)系，通過(guò)研究總結(jié)，最終得出符合居民身心健康、促進(jìn)居民人際交往的居住區(qū)環(huán)境。 本文共分為五個(gè)章節(jié)。其中，第一章節(jié)主要闡述了論文選題方面的一些問題，如論文的研究背景、目的、意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)、研究?jī)?nèi)容和方法以及相關(guān)概念的界定等；第二章節(jié)主要闡述了與居住區(qū)環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)有關(guān)的環(huán)境心理學(xué)理論，使大家對(duì)本論文的理論基礎(chǔ)有一個(gè)清晰的認(rèn)識(shí)；第三章節(jié)主要論述了住區(qū)環(huán)境與居民居住行為之間的關(guān)系問題；第四章節(jié)論述較為細(xì)致，通過(guò)前三章節(jié)的鋪墊，這一章節(jié)重點(diǎn)從環(huán)境心理學(xué)這一研究方向?qū)幼^(qū)環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行細(xì)致論述；第五章節(jié)主要結(jié)合實(shí)際案例對(duì)居住區(qū)環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析研究，做到理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合。文章最后的結(jié)論部分是對(duì)本文的總結(jié)及對(duì)居住區(qū)未來(lái)發(fā)展的建議。 在居住區(qū)環(huán)境中，如果小區(qū)環(huán)境不吸引人，沒有能夠使居民感到心理愉悅的健康空間，小區(qū)內(nèi)缺乏居民的各種交往、運(yùn)動(dòng)、休閑活動(dòng)，整個(gè)環(huán)境缺乏一定的人氣，那么無(wú)論小區(qū)內(nèi)建筑造型變化多么豐富，色彩多么艷麗，材料多么貴重，那么我們也很難說(shuō)這是一個(gè)好的居住環(huán)境。在本文中，通過(guò)對(duì)環(huán)境心理學(xué)理論的學(xué)習(xí)研究,經(jīng)過(guò)分析總結(jié)，，最終建立起一種和諧的人居環(huán)境,對(duì)現(xiàn)在積極倡導(dǎo)的“以人為本”的居住區(qū)環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)也會(huì)具有良好的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of modern people's living standards, in order to meet the increasing demand for living, fitness, leisure and interpersonal communication, people gradually have more requirements on the environment of residential areas. The theory and practice of environmental design of residential areas emerge in endlessly, but there are not many theoretical documents about environmental design of residential areas from the aspect of human behavior. This paper mainly starts with the theory of environmental psychology. This paper focuses on the relationship between human psychology and behavior and the environment of residential area. Finally, it concludes that the environment of residential area accords with the physical and mental health of residents and promotes the interpersonal communication of residents. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter mainly describes some problems in the topic of the thesis, such as the research background, purpose, significance, domestic and foreign research status and development trends. The contents and methods of the research and the definition of related concepts; The second chapter mainly expounds the environmental psychology theory related to the environmental design of residential area, which makes everyone have a clear understanding of the theoretical basis of this paper; The third chapter mainly discusses the relationship between residential environment and residential behavior. The 4th chapter is more detailed, through the first three chapters, this chapter focuses on the environmental design of residential areas from the research direction of environmental psychology; Chapter 5th mainly analyzes and studies the environment of residential area in combination with practical cases and combines theory with practice. The last part of the paper is the summary of this paper and the suggestions for the future development of residential area. In the residential environment, if the residential environment is not attractive, there is no healthy space that can make the residents feel psychological pleasure, and the community lacks all kinds of contacts, sports and leisure activities. The whole environment lacks a certain popularity, so no matter how rich the architectural shape changes, how colorful, how valuable materials, then we can hardly say this is a good living environment. In this article. Through the study of the theory of environmental psychology, through the analysis and summary, a harmonious living environment was finally established. It will also have good reference significance to the environmental design of residential area which is advocated now.
