【摘要】:產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的優(yōu)劣是衡量一個(gè)國家生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展水平高低的重要標(biāo)志,也能夠反映一個(gè)國家技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的綜合程度。我國目前在基建設(shè)方面的發(fā)展蒸蒸日上,各個(gè)省份的城市建設(shè)事業(yè)規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,工程質(zhì)量問題卻層出不窮。因此,工程質(zhì)量控制越來越受各方面的關(guān)注,成為一門不可或缺的重要課題。為了提高質(zhì)量管理的技能,,促進(jìn)企業(yè)長期效益的增長,適應(yīng)國家快速發(fā)展的腳步。尋求新的工程質(zhì)量管理方法和理論的腳步永不停歇。 文章首先說明的是建筑工程質(zhì)量問題理論綜述,深刻理解了建筑工程質(zhì)量管理的特征表現(xiàn)及其發(fā)展趨勢(shì),并由此分析了由于質(zhì)量問題引起的事故的成因和影響;研究了質(zhì)量事故應(yīng)急管理的過程。在歸納建筑工程質(zhì)量問題的影響因素集合的基礎(chǔ)之上,應(yīng)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析方法,分析建筑工程質(zhì)量問題的關(guān)鍵影響因素,并運(yùn)用解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型,從系統(tǒng)理論的角度來研究了這些因素之間的相互關(guān)系;提出了事故預(yù)案的作用及其核心要素,并對(duì)預(yù)案的制定進(jìn)行評(píng)估分析。最后,結(jié)合建筑工程質(zhì)量事故管理的特點(diǎn)及其過程控制,研究了范例推理的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)在質(zhì)量控制的應(yīng)用,運(yùn)用XML表示法來表示應(yīng)急管理范例,運(yùn)用模糊層次分析法理論確定屬性權(quán)重,及采用最近鄰算法來實(shí)現(xiàn)范例的檢索,并討論了不同屬性相似度的計(jì)算規(guī)則。是項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制的量化分析及評(píng)價(jià)的重要一步。 不斷提高工程質(zhì)量不僅關(guān)系到企業(yè)的生存及可持續(xù)發(fā)展,還在一定程度上決定著人民生活水平的提高和社會(huì)的和諧及其穩(wěn)定。因此,選取工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制與應(yīng)用作為課題進(jìn)行研究,具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:The quality of products is an important indicator to measure the development level of a country's productive forces, and it can also reflect the comprehensive degree of a country's technological and economic development. The scale of urban construction in every province is expanding constantly, but the problems of engineering quality emerge endlessly. Therefore, engineering quality control is paid more and more attention by all sides. In order to improve the skills of quality management and promote the growth of long-term benefits of enterprises. To adapt to the rapid development of the country. Seek new methods and theories of engineering quality management will never stop. This paper first explains the theory of construction engineering quality, deeply understand the characteristics of construction engineering quality management and its development trend. The causes and effects of accidents caused by quality problems are analyzed. The process of quality accident emergency management is studied. On the basis of summing up the set of influencing factors of quality problems of construction engineering, the key factors of quality problems of construction engineering are analyzed by using the method of grey correlation analysis. The relationship between these factors is studied from the point of view of system theory by using the explanatory structure model. Put forward the role of accident plan and its core elements, and make an assessment of the preparation of the analysis. Finally, combined with the characteristics of construction engineering quality accident management and process control. The application of Case-Based reasoning (CBR) in quality control is studied. The XML representation is used to represent the emergency management case and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) theory is used to determine the attribute weight. The nearest neighbor algorithm is used to realize case retrieval, and the rules for calculating similarity of different attributes are discussed, which is an important step in the quantitative analysis and evaluation of project quality control. Continuous improvement of engineering quality is not only related to the survival and sustainable development of enterprises, but also determines the improvement of people's living standards and the harmony and stability of society to a certain extent. It is of great practical significance to select the quality control and application of engineering project as the subject.
