【摘要】:混凝土在現(xiàn)代工程建設(shè)中占有重要地位。在大體積混凝土的澆筑氧化過程中,為避免其出現(xiàn)裂縫,對混凝土氧化過程實(shí)施溫濕度監(jiān)控非常必要。本課題通過選用不同的硬件芯片和軟件開發(fā)平臺,克服了現(xiàn)有混凝土溫濕度巡檢儀和溫濕度巡檢系統(tǒng)在硬件芯片選擇、電路設(shè)計(jì)簡易性以及軟件的編程功能等方面存在的不足。本課題主體上采用虛擬儀器技術(shù),結(jié)合單片機(jī)技術(shù)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)軟硬件的設(shè)計(jì)和構(gòu)建。硬件方面,包括溫度傳感器、濕度傳感器、單片機(jī)及其外圍芯片(鍵盤控制模塊、時(shí)鐘模塊、存儲模塊、液晶顯示模塊)的選擇,以及單片機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)與外圍芯片的電路設(shè)計(jì)與連接。軟件方面,包括上位機(jī)軟件和下位機(jī)軟件兩個方面。在上位機(jī)軟件設(shè)計(jì)中,通過虛擬儀器開發(fā)平臺LabVIEW進(jìn)行編程,構(gòu)建了具有豐富的人機(jī)對話界面的測試系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了參數(shù)設(shè)置功能、溫度顯示功能、數(shù)據(jù)存儲與查詢功能、自動顯示測試時(shí)間功能、信息提示功能等功能。在下位機(jī)軟件設(shè)計(jì)中,以單片機(jī)技術(shù)為核心,通過ICCAVR開發(fā)工具,采用C語言進(jìn)行編程,包括溫度數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊、液晶顯示模塊等模塊的程序設(shè)計(jì)以及模擬I2C總線程序設(shè)計(jì)等。系統(tǒng)提供了RS232通信方式來實(shí)現(xiàn)上位機(jī)與下位機(jī)之間的通信。并且在系統(tǒng)硬件電路及軟件設(shè)計(jì)上引入了一定的抗干擾措施。對混凝土溫濕度進(jìn)行控制采用PID控制算法與開關(guān)量控制相結(jié)合的控制方式,使混凝土溫濕度能夠穩(wěn)定的保持在設(shè)定范圍內(nèi),并且達(dá)到節(jié)能的目的。多次的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,本系統(tǒng)比較穩(wěn)定可靠,且安裝調(diào)試比較方便,測試結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確。采用本系統(tǒng)可以方便地實(shí)現(xiàn)對于混凝土溫濕度的監(jiān)控,其測量值可作為進(jìn)行后續(xù)溫濕度控制的依據(jù),從而保證混凝土氧化在正常的溫度下進(jìn)行,具有很好的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Concrete plays an important role in modern engineering construction. In order to avoid cracks in the process of pouring and oxidation of mass concrete. It is very necessary to monitor the temperature and humidity in the oxidation process of concrete. In this paper, different hardware chips and software development platform are selected. Overcome the shortcomings of the existing concrete temperature and humidity inspection instrument and temperature and humidity patrol system in the selection of hardware chips, circuit design simplicity and software programming functions. Virtual instrument technology is used in this subject. The hardware and software of the system are designed and constructed based on MCU technology. The hardware includes temperature sensor, humidity sensor, single chip microcomputer and its peripheral chips (keyboard control module, clock module, storage module). The choice of LCD module, and the circuit design and connection between MCU control system and peripheral chip. Software, including PC software and lower computer software. In the design of PC software. Through the virtual instrument development platform LabVIEW programming, a test system with rich man-machine dialogue interface has been constructed. The functions of parameter setting, temperature display, data storage and query have been realized. In the software design of the lower computer, the single chip computer technology is the core, through the ICCAVR development tool, C language is used to program. Including temperature data acquisition module. The system provides the RS232 communication mode to realize the communication between the upper computer and the lower computer, and the hardware circuit and software of the system. Some anti-interference measures are introduced in the design of the parts. The control of temperature and humidity of concrete is based on the combination of PID control algorithm and switch control. So that the temperature and humidity of concrete can be kept in the set range, and achieve the purpose of energy saving. The results of many experiments show that the system is relatively stable and reliable, and easy to install and debug. The system can be used to monitor the temperature and humidity of concrete conveniently, and the measured value can be used as the basis for subsequent temperature and humidity control, thus ensuring the oxidation of concrete at normal temperature. It has a good application prospect.
