【摘要】：舊工業(yè)建筑改造性再利用已經(jīng)成為當今中國城市發(fā)展面臨的重要課題，對其多方面研究具有重要意義與現(xiàn)實價值。本文以傳播學(xué)理論為基礎(chǔ)，系統(tǒng)分析舊工業(yè)建筑創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)化改造設(shè)計的傳播者、傳播內(nèi)容、傳播媒介與受眾，歸納總結(jié)了他們之間的邏輯關(guān)系，并提出傳播模式。最后，在傳播學(xué)理論的基礎(chǔ)上，將研究的重點回歸到建筑學(xué)本體研究，提出舊工業(yè)建筑創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)化改造設(shè)計理念與設(shè)計方法，為舊工業(yè)建筑改造設(shè)計研究開拓新思路。 文章第一部分介紹舊工業(yè)建筑改造性再利用研究背景，，研究意義與目的。同時總結(jié)了建筑學(xué)與傳播學(xué)結(jié)合研究的概況，為傳播學(xué)與舊工業(yè)建筑交叉研究提供理論基礎(chǔ)。 文章第二部分分別闡述了舊工業(yè)建筑創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)化轉(zhuǎn)型概況與傳播學(xué)的相關(guān)理論，對舊工業(yè)建筑發(fā)展狀況與傳播學(xué)的相關(guān)信息有更深層次的了解。 文章第三部分探討舊工業(yè)建筑創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)化轉(zhuǎn)型的傳播者、傳播內(nèi)容、傳播媒介與受眾，分析了各個傳播要素對舊工業(yè)建筑改造設(shè)計的影響，并提出舊工業(yè)建筑創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)化改造設(shè)計的傳播模式。 文章第四部分闡述基于傳播理論的舊工業(yè)建筑創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)化改造設(shè)計指導(dǎo)思想與設(shè)計原則，從而指導(dǎo)下一步具體改造設(shè)計。 文章第五部分通過理論與案例相結(jié)合探討舊工業(yè)建筑創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)化改造設(shè)計具體方法。 最后總結(jié)了論文的要點，指出研究存在問題，并對未來研究進行展望。
[Abstract]:The reconstructive reuse of old industrial buildings has become an important subject in the development of Chinese cities, which is of great significance and practical value in many aspects. This paper is based on the theory of communication. This paper systematically analyzes the communicators, the content, the media and the audience of the creative industrial transformation design of the old industrial buildings, summarizes the logical relationship between them, and puts forward the communication mode. On the basis of the theory of communication, the emphasis of the research is returned to the study of architecture ontology, and the design concept and design method of the creative industrialization transformation of the old industrial buildings are put forward. To open up new ideas for the design research of old industrial buildings. The first part of the article introduces the background, significance and purpose of the research on the reconstructive reuse of the old industrial buildings. At the same time, it summarizes the general situation of the research on the combination of architecture and communication. It provides a theoretical basis for the cross study of communication and old industrial buildings. The second part of the article separately elaborated the old industrial building creative industrialization transformation general situation and the communication science correlation theory, has the deeper understanding to the old industrial building development condition and the dissemination science related information. In the third part, the author discusses the communicator, the content, the media and the audience of the transformation of the creative industrialization of the old industrial architecture, and analyzes the influence of each communication element on the design of the transformation of the old industrial building. And put forward the old industrial building creative industrialization transformation design dissemination mode. In the 4th part, the author expounds the guiding ideology and design principle of the industrial transformation of the old industrial building creativity based on the theory of communication, thus instructing the concrete transformation design of the next step. In the 5th part, the author discusses the concrete method of the innovation design of the old industrial building by combining the theory with the case. Finally, the paper summarizes the main points of the paper, points out the existing problems, and prospects for future research.
