【摘要】:做好項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)管理對(duì)當(dāng)今的企業(yè)來(lái)講具有重要戰(zhàn)略意義,也是項(xiàng)目成功實(shí)施最關(guān)鍵的因素之一。高效率的項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)管理,能夠幫助企業(yè)提高項(xiàng)目管理水平、圓滿完成項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)。雖然成功的項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)管理不一定能確保項(xiàng)目的成功,但是失敗的項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)管理必然會(huì)導(dǎo)致項(xiàng)目的失敗。在一個(gè)項(xiàng)目的管理過(guò)程中,人的因素占有越來(lái)越重要的地位,一個(gè)沒(méi)有效率的團(tuán)隊(duì)組織有可能會(huì)影響到整個(gè)工程項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)展程度。所以,整個(gè)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)的管理就更加重要起來(lái),只有健康發(fā)展、團(tuán)結(jié)配合的團(tuán)隊(duì)集體,才能創(chuàng)造出更加高效的價(jià)值。 TCTM是指全員成本目標(biāo)管理信息系統(tǒng)(Total Cost Target Management,簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)TCTM),該信息系統(tǒng)充分利用企業(yè)現(xiàn)有的ERP(企業(yè)集團(tuán)資源計(jì)劃系統(tǒng))、TBM(全面預(yù)算及生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理信息系統(tǒng))、MES(生產(chǎn)執(zhí)行系統(tǒng))、PIMS(生產(chǎn)優(yōu)化系統(tǒng))、LIMS(實(shí)驗(yàn)室信息管理系統(tǒng))等系統(tǒng)中的專(zhuān)業(yè)數(shù)據(jù),成功地把財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)、技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)與操作指標(biāo)融合到一個(gè)平臺(tái)上,實(shí)現(xiàn)了生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中成本費(fèi)用等價(jià)值量指標(biāo)的最優(yōu)化,做到了企業(yè)成本的全員、全過(guò)程、全方位動(dòng)態(tài)管理,突破了傳統(tǒng)成本管理的屏障。 本文以Q煉化公司TCTM項(xiàng)目實(shí)施作為研究案例,將項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)管理理論和方法應(yīng)用到Q煉化公司TCTM項(xiàng)目實(shí)施中去,來(lái)尋求解決項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)管理問(wèn)題的有效措施,希望較全面地分析企業(yè)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)管理內(nèi)容,通過(guò)對(duì)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)科學(xué)的管理,確保項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)順利實(shí)現(xiàn)。在具體研究項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)管理的問(wèn)題上,本文運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代管理學(xué)、項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)管理、人力資源管理等理論,提出了項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)管理框架,論述了項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效管理、激勵(lì)管理、矛盾管理、溝通管理等內(nèi)容,從實(shí)踐上升到理論,用理論去分析、解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題,然后指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐。文中對(duì)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行了概述,介紹了項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)的發(fā)展過(guò)程,具體闡述了項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)管理的目標(biāo)和原則,以及項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)管理的流程,論述了Q煉化公司在項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)管理的內(nèi)容,并對(duì)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)管理中產(chǎn)生的問(wèn)題加以說(shuō)明,提出了Q煉化公司TCTM項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)管理框架,并論述了在TCTM項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)各個(gè)發(fā)展階段具體實(shí)施應(yīng)用情況,進(jìn)而對(duì)相似企業(yè)和項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)管理提供有益借鑒和幫助。
[Abstract]:Project team management is of great strategic significance to today's enterprises, and also one of the most critical factors for the successful implementation of the project. High efficiency of project team management can help enterprises improve the level of project management. Successful project team management may not guarantee the success of the project, but the failure of the project team management will inevitably lead to the failure of the project. In a project management process. The human factor plays a more and more important role, and an inefficient team organization may affect the progress of the whole project. Therefore, the management of the whole project team is even more important. Only the healthy development, the unity team collective, can create the more efficient value. TCTM refers to Total Cost Target Management Information system (TCTM). The information system makes full use of the existing ERP (Enterprise Group Resource Planning system) TBM( Comprehensive Budget and production Management Information system). The professional data of PIMS (production Optimization system) and LIMS (Laboratory Information Management system) successfully integrate financial index, technical and economic index and operation index into one platform. It realizes the optimization of cost cost and other value index in the process of production and operation, and achieves the full staff, whole process and omnidirectional dynamic management of enterprise cost, and breaks through the barrier of traditional cost management. In this paper, the Q refinery company TCTM project implementation as a case study, the project team management theory and methods applied to Q refinery company TCTM project implementation. To seek effective measures to solve the problem of project team management, hope to comprehensively analyze the enterprise project team management content, through the scientific management of the project team. To ensure the smooth realization of project objectives. In the specific study of project team management, this paper uses modern management, project team management, human resources management and other theories, put forward a project team management framework. This paper discusses the project team performance management, incentive management, contradiction management, communication management and other content, from practice to theory, using theory to analyze, to solve practical problems. Then guide the practice. This paper summarizes the project team, introduces the development process of the project team, specifically describes the objectives and principles of project team management, as well as the process of project team management. This paper discusses the contents of Q refinery company's project team management, explains the problems arising from the project team management, and puts forward the TCTM project team management framework of Q refining and chemical company. It also discusses the application of TCTM project team in each development stage, and then provides useful reference and help for similar enterprises and project team management.
