【摘要】:社會經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,給人們的生活帶來翻天覆地的變化。隨著可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念的普及,人們在享受經(jīng)濟發(fā)展成果的同時也開始關(guān)注由此引發(fā)的環(huán)境問題,并試圖追求人與自然和諧發(fā)展。在這一背景下,“低碳旅游”、“自然旅游”成為新的旅游時尚潮流。國家森林公園作為可再生的自然資源,加上其優(yōu)美的景觀和良好空氣等原因,成為人們外出游憩旅行的重要目的地。然而,隨著游客人數(shù)快速增長不可避免地會給國家森林公園的環(huán)境造成一定程度的破壞。因此,如何科學地核算國家森林公園游憩資源經(jīng)濟價值,對實現(xiàn)國家森林公園游憩資源合理保護與有效利用,使國家森林公園發(fā)揮出最大的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益,具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文以沈陽國家森林公園作為研究對象,研究構(gòu)成景區(qū)游憩產(chǎn)品各種要素的最佳組合以及每一資源屬性的經(jīng)濟價值。首先闡述了目前國內(nèi)外自然資源價值評估方面的兩種主要方法:旅行費用法(TCM)和條件價值法(CVM),其次對國際上目前在自然資源價值評估方面另一種流行的方法——選擇實驗法(CE)的相關(guān)理論和應用條件的進行重點介紹。選擇實驗法(CE)可以估計一組特征屬性在相互作用下各自對消費者的相對價值,并可以對它們的相對重要性進行科學的排序。而對于旅游活動來說,游客的體驗效用是由環(huán)境的多重屬性共同作用決定的,因此選擇實驗法(CE)更適用于評估國家森林公園游憩資源的經(jīng)濟價值。本文從自然資源要素、社會要素、管理要素等三方面綜合分析沈陽國家森林公園游憩資源價值。在這個過程中,以植被覆蓋率和水質(zhì)量代表自然資源要素;擁擠程度代表社會要素;休息處環(huán)境衛(wèi)生狀況和門票價格代表管理因素設(shè)計調(diào)查問卷的選擇集,通過問卷調(diào)查收集數(shù)據(jù)。然后,運用條件logit模型對沈陽國家森林公園游憩價值進行評估。 研究結(jié)果表明:在本文選取的植被覆蓋率、水資源的質(zhì)量、擁擠度、休息處垃圾數(shù)量等四個要素中,其相對重要程度排名從第一到第四依次為:擁擠度、植被覆蓋率、休息處垃圾數(shù)量、水資源的質(zhì)量。同時測算出沈陽國家森林公園的經(jīng)濟價值為每年人均27.63元,最佳狀態(tài)下資源組合的經(jīng)濟價值可以達到每年人均131.32元,最差狀態(tài)下資源組合的經(jīng)濟價值為每年人均-156.22元。這些結(jié)果表明,目前沈陽國家森林公園仍有很大的管理改善空間。本文最后為沈陽國家森林公園的發(fā)展提出相關(guān)對策和建議。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of social economy has brought tremendous changes to people's life. With the popularization of the concept of sustainable development, people are enjoying the fruits of economic development and beginning to pay attention to the environmental problems. Under this background, "low-carbon tourism" and "natural tourism" have become a new trend of tourism fashion. The National Forest Park is a renewable natural resource. In addition to its beautiful landscape and good air and other reasons, people become an important destination for recreational travel. With the rapid growth of the number of tourists, the environment of the national forest park will inevitably be damaged to a certain extent. Therefore, how to scientifically calculate the economic value of the national forest park recreation resources. It is of great practical significance to realize the rational protection and effective utilization of national forest park recreation resources and to make the national forest park exert the greatest economic and social benefits. This paper takes Shenyang National Forest Park as the research object. This paper studies the optimal combination of various elements of recreational products and the economic value of each resource attribute. Firstly, two main methods of natural resource value assessment at home and abroad, namely, travel cost method (. TCM) and conditional value method (CVM). Secondly, the related theories and application conditions of another popular method of natural resource value assessment in the world, namely, selective experiment method (CEE), are introduced in detail. It is possible to estimate the relative value of a set of feature attributes to consumers under the interaction. And the relative importance of them can be ranked scientifically. For tourism activities, the effect of tourists' experience is determined by the multiple attributes of the environment. Therefore, the choice of experimental method (CEE) is more suitable for evaluating the economic value of national forest park recreation resources. The value of recreation resources in Shenyang National Forest Park is analyzed comprehensively from three aspects of management elements. In this process, vegetation coverage and water quality represent the elements of natural resources. The degree of overcrowding represents social factors; Rest place environmental health condition and ticket price representative management factor design questionnaire selection set, through the questionnaire collection data. Then. The recreational value of Shenyang National Forest Park was evaluated by conditional logit model. The results showed that the relative importance of vegetation coverage, water resources quality, crowding degree and the quantity of garbage at rest place were ranked from first to 4th in order of crowding degree. Vegetation coverage, the amount of garbage at rest, and the quality of water resources. At the same time, the economic value of Shenyang National Forest Park is 27.63 yuan per person per year. The economic value of resource combination can reach 131.32 yuan per year in the best condition and -156.22 yuan per year in the worst condition. At present, Shenyang National Forest Park still has great space for management improvement. Finally, this paper puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Shenyang National Forest Park.
