【摘要】:人居環(huán)境聚落在大規(guī)模的建設(shè)中遭到了不可挽救地破壞,尤其是植根于海洋地區(qū)自然與文化環(huán)境的海島傳統(tǒng)聚落與住居,正逐漸被舟山新區(qū)大規(guī)模的建設(shè)模式所取代,舟山群島海島地區(qū)傳統(tǒng)營建體系的演進(jìn)與發(fā)展面臨著種種困境。本研究的目的是從地區(qū)營建體系切入,研究如何挖掘與整理這些包含生態(tài)價(jià)值與智慧的地區(qū)營建經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合當(dāng)前科學(xué)的理論方法與技術(shù)成果,將其轉(zhuǎn)化為地區(qū)人居環(huán)境營建體系與方法,使地區(qū)傳統(tǒng)建筑持續(xù)發(fā)展獲得重生。 在這一目標(biāo)下,將常年有人居住,并且形成人居聚落的海島還原成一個(gè)人居單元。同時(shí),單元將山地、濱海、平原等不同類型的人居環(huán)境納入到一個(gè)整體,打破了行政區(qū)劃和地形學(xué)上的限制,有可能以一種整體的觀念來把握人居環(huán)境的內(nèi)在規(guī)律。 論文首先闡述了選題舟山群島人居環(huán)境研究的原因。在此基礎(chǔ)上導(dǎo)出多維視野下群島人居單元的創(chuàng)新概念。然后對(duì)群島人居單元的概念從理論支撐、影響因素、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)規(guī)律等方面進(jìn)行全面解析。在解析的基礎(chǔ)上,從群島整體尺度和建設(shè)尺度兩個(gè)層面上構(gòu)筑營建體系。并在隨后的章節(jié)中歸納出體系建構(gòu)和營建策略,以及實(shí)際案例的驗(yàn)證。最后加以總結(jié)和展望。 論文目前的研究總體水平還處于比較初期的階段,寄希望通過對(duì)家鄉(xiāng)舟山的解讀,歸納些島嶼的人居環(huán)境承前啟后的營建理念,即旨在于以人居單元的概念與視角,同時(shí)結(jié)合具體的實(shí)證研究,以一種開放的結(jié)構(gòu)和方式歸納出一些具有普遍意義的特征與規(guī)律,以期對(duì)研究具有時(shí)效性、開拓性與原創(chuàng)性。
[Abstract]:The settlement of human settlements has been irreversibly destroyed in the large-scale construction, especially the traditional settlements and residences of the islands rooted in the natural and cultural environment of the marine areas. Zhoushan New area is gradually replaced by the large-scale construction model, Zhoushan Islands Island area traditional construction system evolution and development is facing a variety of difficulties. The purpose of this study is to cut into the regional construction system. This paper studies how to excavate and sort out these regional construction experiences which contain ecological value and wisdom, and combine with the current scientific theory and technical achievements to transform them into regional human settlement environment construction system and methods. The sustainable development of regional traditional architecture has been reborn. Under this goal, the islands which are inhabited all the year round and form human settlements will be reduced to a human settlement unit. At the same time, the unit will be mountain, coastal, plain and other different types of human settlements into a whole. It breaks the limitation of administrative division and topography, and it is possible to grasp the inherent law of human settlement environment with a holistic concept. In this paper, the reasons for the study of the habitat environment in Zhoushan archipelago are first expounded. On this basis, the innovative concept of the human settlement unit in the archipelago is derived from the multi-dimensional perspective, and then the concept of the habitat unit in the archipelago is supported theoretically. Factors affecting the operation of the law and other aspects of a comprehensive analysis. On the basis of analysis. This paper constructs the construction system from the two levels of the whole scale and the construction scale of the archipelago, and concludes the system construction and construction strategy in the following chapters, as well as the verification of the actual cases. Finally, it summarizes and looks forward to the construction system. At present, the overall level of research is still at a relatively early stage, hope through the interpretation of the hometown of Zhoushan, summed up some of the islands of human settlements to the future of the concept of construction. The purpose is to sum up some characteristics and laws of universal significance in the light of the concept and perspective of human settlement unit and combined with concrete empirical research in order to be time-sensitive to the study.
