【摘要】：土地利用變化研究已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)前的一大熱點(diǎn),研究這一課題對(duì)于促進(jìn)區(qū)域可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 吉安市位于江西省中部,以山地為主,經(jīng)濟(jì)在全國屬中等水平。由于經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,吉安市土地利用變化發(fā)生了較大變化,對(duì)該區(qū)進(jìn)行土地利用變化研究具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。 本文結(jié)合吉安市區(qū)域概況,分析了該區(qū)土地利用現(xiàn)狀,以及1996—-2010年土地利用的動(dòng)態(tài)變化,再從定性和定量?jī)蓚�(gè)角度分析了其變化的驅(qū)動(dòng)力,接著在此基礎(chǔ)上得出該區(qū)土地利用方面的一些特點(diǎn)和存在的問題,最后提出相關(guān)建議和對(duì)策,并提出展望。研究表明：(1)吉安市土地利用類型多樣,利用類型以農(nóng)用地為主,耕地僅次于林地,吉安市的土地利用模式中以林地占主體；吉安市各縣(區(qū)、市)土地利用的多樣化指數(shù)差異較大；(2)農(nóng)用地和建設(shè)用地?cái)?shù)量大幅增加,未利用地則減少；H為37.75%,2010年利用程度綜合指數(shù)為228.18,說明吉安市土地利用處于發(fā)展期；吉安市土地利用仍然處于發(fā)展時(shí)期,土地利用程度變化率S=4.21%;吉安市的土地利用偏離度近幾年小幅下滑,說明該區(qū)土地利用活動(dòng)對(duì)自然景觀干預(yù)有所下降。(3)通過驅(qū)動(dòng)力定量和定性分析,得出氣候、地形地貌、水文、土壤、人口、經(jīng)濟(jì)、技術(shù)進(jìn)步是該區(qū)土地利用變化的大致原因,其中經(jīng)濟(jì)因素、人口因素和技術(shù)進(jìn)步是社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)驅(qū)動(dòng)力方面的主要驅(qū)動(dòng)力,而且驅(qū)動(dòng)力逐年增強(qiáng)。(4)根據(jù)該區(qū)土地利用存在的問題提出了相應(yīng)對(duì)策,并且提出了展望。 全文共計(jì)七部分： 第一部分是前言。 第二部分是有關(guān)的計(jì)算方法。論文在借鑒已有研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述。 第三部分主要介紹研究區(qū)的自然和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況,以及本文的數(shù)據(jù)來源和數(shù)據(jù)處理方法。 第四部分主要分析研究區(qū)土地利用情況,從現(xiàn)狀和動(dòng)態(tài)變化兩方面展開。 第五部分分析了吉安市土地利用變化的驅(qū)動(dòng)力,從定性和定量?jī)煞矫孢M(jìn)行。 第六部分概括研究區(qū)土地利用的特點(diǎn)和問題,然后提出相應(yīng)的措施 第七部分是分析研究結(jié)論、不足及展望。
[Abstract]:The study of land use change has become a hot topic at present, and it has important practical significance to promote regional sustainable development. Ji'an City is located in the middle of Jiangxi Province, mainly in the mountainous area, and the economy is of medium level in the whole country. Due to the development of economy, the land use change of Ji'an City has changed greatly. The study of land use change in this area has certain guiding significance. This paper analyzes the present situation of land use and the dynamic changes of land use from 1996 to 2010, and then analyzes the driving force of land use change from qualitative and quantitative aspects. On the basis of this, some characteristics and existing problems of land use in this area are obtained. Finally, some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward, and the prospect is put forward. The study shows that there are various types of land use in Ji'an. The main type of land use is agricultural land, the cultivated land is second only to the woodland, the forest land is the main part in the land use mode of Ji'an city. The diversity index of land use in different counties (districts and cities) of Ji'an is quite different. (2) the quantity of agricultural land and construction land increased significantly, but the unused land decreased; H was 37.75 and the comprehensive index of utilization in 2010 was 228.18, indicating that the land use in Ji'an was in the developing period. The land use of Ji'an is still in the developing period, and the rate of land use change is 4.21; In recent years, the land use deviation degree of Ji'an city has declined slightly, indicating that the land use activities in this area have decreased the natural landscape intervention. 3) through the quantitative and qualitative analysis of driving force, the climate, topography and topography, hydrology can be obtained. Soil, population, economic and technological progress are the main reasons of land use change in this area. Among them, economic factors, population factors and technological progress are the main driving forces of socio-economic driving force. And the driving force has been strengthened year by year. 4) according to the existing problems of land use in this area, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward, and the prospect is put forward. The full text consists of seven parts: The first part is the preface. The second part is about the calculation methods. The third part mainly introduces the natural and social economic situation of the research area, as well as the data source and data processing method of this paper. The 4th part mainly analyzes the land use in the study area from the current situation and the dynamic change. The 5th part analyzes the driving force of land use change in Ji'an city from qualitative and quantitative aspects. Part 6th summarizes the characteristics and problems of land use in the study area, and then puts forward the corresponding measures The 7th part is the analysis research conclusion, the insufficiency and the prospect.
