【摘要】:在目前低碳經(jīng)濟的大環(huán)境下,作為我國占耗能比重已逼近50%的建筑行業(yè),其節(jié)能減排工作已刻不容緩。陶;炷磷鳛橐环N輕骨料混凝土,由于其良好的保溫隔熱性能及能充分利用工業(yè)廢料的特點,對建筑業(yè)節(jié)能減排的實現(xiàn)具有良好的推動作用。T形柱結(jié)構(gòu)體系作為異形柱結(jié)構(gòu)體系的一種,在近二十幾年的發(fā)展中逐漸形成了成熟的結(jié)構(gòu)體系,由于它使建筑構(gòu)件內(nèi)部寬敞、平整、美觀且造價經(jīng)濟,被廣泛應(yīng)用于工程實踐中,有良好的發(fā)展前景。 鑒于目前對陶;炷罷形柱構(gòu)件各種性能的試驗和研究較少,其在抗震性能方向的特性有待進一步的研究,本文設(shè)計了7個陶;炷罷形柱構(gòu)件,對其在低周往復(fù)荷載作用下的抗震性能進行試驗研究。通過研究,揭示了在低周往復(fù)荷載作用下陶;炷罷形柱構(gòu)件的破壞機理,繪制在低周往復(fù)荷載作用下陶;炷罷形柱構(gòu)件的滯回曲線,分析軸壓比、配箍率等因素對陶;炷罷形柱構(gòu)件抗震性能的影響。 試驗結(jié)果表明,軸壓比對陶;炷罷形柱構(gòu)件的抗震性能有較大的影響:一般軸壓比越大,構(gòu)件的承載力越高、延性性能越差,而軸壓比因素對陶;炷罷形柱構(gòu)件的剛度退化影響不明顯;配箍率對構(gòu)件的承載力及剛度退化的影響不大,對延性性能的影響也不是很明顯。 此外,在試驗結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上應(yīng)用ANSYS有限元軟件對陶;炷罷形柱構(gòu)件進行有限元模擬分析,通過改變混凝土強度等級、軸壓比等因素,探討這些因素的陶;炷罷形柱構(gòu)件抗震性能的影響,并于試驗結(jié)果進行比較分析。 最后,對本文的研究工作進行了總結(jié),并對以后的研究方向提出了建議。
[Abstract]:In the current low carbon economy environment, as China accounted for the proportion of energy consumption has been close to 50% of the construction industry, the energy-saving emission reduction work has been urgent. Ceramsite concrete as a lightweight aggregate concrete, because of its good insulation performance and can make full use of the characteristics of industrial waste, has a good promoting structure system.T as a function of column shaped column structure to achieve the construction of energy-saving emission reduction, development in the past 20 years has formed a mature system structure, because it makes building components inside is spacious, smooth, beautiful and economic cost, is widely used in engineering practice, there are good prospects for development.
In view of the current test and there is less research on ceramsite concrete T shaped column member properties, further studies are needed to evaluate the seismic performance in the direction of the characteristics, this paper designed 7 T ceramsite concrete column member, experimental study on the seismic performance of the under cyclic load. Through the research, the failure mechanism of load T shaped columns under ceramsite concrete under low cyclic reveals the drawing load of ceramsite concrete T shaped columns under low cyclic hysteretic curve, analysis of axial compression ratio, stirrup ratio and other factors on the concrete T shaped column structure. The test results show that the influence of axial compression ratio on the seismic performance of ceramsite concrete T shaped columns: the axial compression ratio increases, the bearing capacity of members with higher ductility performance is poor, and the axial compression ratio on ceramsite concrete T shaped column structural stiffness degradation is not obvious effect; with little effect on the hoop the rate on the bearing capacity and stiffness degradation, ductility of influence is not obvious.
In addition, the application of ANSYS finite element software for finite element analysis of ceramsite concrete T shaped columns based on the experimental results, by changing the strength of concrete, axial compression ratio and other factors, to explore the effect of these factors of ceramsite concrete T shaped column seismic performance, and compared to the experimental results.
Finally, the research work of this article is summarized, and the future research direction is put forward.
