【摘要】:由于濱海灘涂填土后形成的軟弱土層存在固結(jié)的不完全性、填筑材料的雜質(zhì)性(風(fēng)化砂、建筑垃圾、吹淤、工業(yè)廢料等)及深厚性等特點(diǎn),一般很難滿足建筑物的穩(wěn)定性和承載力的要求,,需要考慮以下問(wèn)題: (1)在眾多制約軟基處理方案選擇的主要因素中,除了技術(shù)上可行外,還要在經(jīng)濟(jì)上合理,即需綜合優(yōu)選處理技術(shù),以免工程成本過(guò)高,耐久性差,社會(huì)效益低等負(fù)面影響。 (2)在綠色低碳背景下,地基處理技術(shù)的選擇除技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)因素外,同時(shí)受到節(jié)能環(huán)保、公共利益以及可綠化行的條件約束。 現(xiàn)階段國(guó)內(nèi)針對(duì)濱海灘涂雜填土軟基的處理方案眾多,然其遴選過(guò)程尚處于設(shè)計(jì)人員憑經(jīng)驗(yàn)而論的狀態(tài),欠缺可循的量化判別依據(jù)。因此,在安全、環(huán)保、適用等條件下,研究濱海灘涂雜填土軟基處理方案的綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本論文基于我國(guó)目前適用于濱海灘涂雜填土軟基處理方案技術(shù)的分析,建立了最優(yōu)經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型,提出了濱海灘涂雜填土軟基處理方案的優(yōu)選計(jì)算公式,進(jìn)而建立了濱海灘涂雜填土軟基處理方案的經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。本文的主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于: (1)補(bǔ)充完善了影響濱海灘涂雜填土軟基處理方案的經(jīng)濟(jì)影響因素,建立了濱海灘涂雜填土軟基處理的經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系; (2)將施工工期、施工難易程度、施工技術(shù)成熟度、施工安全性、耐久性及環(huán)境影響等非量化因素結(jié)合AHP+GRAP法進(jìn)行比較分析及經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià),確定了濱海灘涂雜填土軟基處理各方案的權(quán)重及其關(guān)聯(lián)度值; (3)對(duì)比選方案進(jìn)行了當(dāng)量化的研究分析,并結(jié)合關(guān)聯(lián)度確立了最優(yōu)經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型,以此作為濱海灘涂雜填土軟基處理方案的優(yōu)選計(jì)算公式。 經(jīng)實(shí)證分析,最優(yōu)經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型計(jì)算便捷,結(jié)果可靠,有較高的實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Due to the incompleteness of consolidation in the soft soil layer formed by the coastal beach fill, the impurity (weathering sand, construction waste, silting, industrial waste, etc.) and the depth of the filling material. It is generally difficult to meet the requirements of stability and bearing capacity of buildings. The following issues need to be considered: Among the many main factors restricting the selection of soft foundation treatment scheme, besides being technically feasible, it is also necessary to be economically reasonable, that is to say, it is necessary to synthesize the optimal treatment technology so as to avoid the project cost being too high and the durability poor. Low social benefits and other negative effects. 2) under the background of green and low carbon, the selection of foundation treatment technology is restricted by the conditions of energy saving, environmental protection, public interest and greening in addition to technical and economic factors. At this stage, there are many treatment schemes for the soft foundation of mixed fill in coastal beach, but its selection process is still in the state of designers' experience, and it lacks the basis of quantitative discrimination. Therefore, it is safe and environmentally friendly. Under suitable conditions, it is of great practical significance to study the comprehensive evaluation method of the soft foundation treatment scheme of mixed fill in coastal beach. Based on the analysis of the technology of soft foundation treatment of mixed fill in coastal beach in our country at present, the optimal economic comprehensive evaluation model is established, and the formula of optimal selection for soft foundation treatment of mixed fill in coastal beach is put forward in this paper. Furthermore, the economic comprehensive evaluation index system of soft foundation treatment scheme for mixed fill in coastal beach is established. The main innovation points of this paper are as follows: 1) the economic influencing factors of soft foundation treatment scheme of mixed fill in coastal beach are supplemented and perfected, and the economic evaluation index system of soft foundation treatment of mixed fill in coastal beach is established. 2) the non-quantitative factors such as construction duration, construction difficulty, construction technology maturity, construction safety, durability and environmental impact are compared and analyzed with AHP GRAP method. The weight and correlation degree of each scheme for soft foundation treatment of mixed fill in coastal beach are determined. 3) the comparative selection scheme is studied and analyzed, and the optimal economic comprehensive evaluation model is established in combination with the correlation degree, which can be used as the optimal selection formula for the soft foundation treatment scheme of mixed fill in coastal beach. Through empirical analysis, the optimal economic comprehensive evaluation model is convenient to calculate, the result is reliable and has higher practical value.
