【摘要】:可持續(xù)發(fā)展是世界公認關(guān)于發(fā)展的主旋律,它的一個重要環(huán)節(jié)就是城市的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。雖然對城市可持續(xù)性的評價以及發(fā)展模式的選擇在學(xué)界仍有爭論,但緊湊城市理論在限制城市蔓延、鼓勵土地綜合集約化利用等方面具有無可置疑的優(yōu)勢,因此對于多數(shù)高密度城市和地區(qū)而言,緊湊城市理論被認為是實現(xiàn)城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展的理論模型。 步行是人類最基本的出行方式,除了對促進人體健康和提升城市活力方面的積極作用,還具有綠色節(jié)能的優(yōu)點,是緊湊城市理論倡導(dǎo)的城市交通方式。高密度城市環(huán)境是緊湊城市理論在城市物質(zhì)形態(tài)層面的直接表現(xiàn),將其與步行系統(tǒng)相結(jié)合研究有助于發(fā)現(xiàn)和認識在高密度影響下的步行系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀、特點及其產(chǎn)生背景,對豐富和深化步行系統(tǒng)、高密度城市的理論研究具有一定的價值和意義。 本文從步行系統(tǒng)的概念切入,結(jié)合城市形態(tài)對步行系統(tǒng)的影響,從理論上提出了高密度城市環(huán)境步行系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建的要素和方法,繼而以高密度城市環(huán)境的經(jīng)典案例——香港入手,從設(shè)計分析和政策支持兩大方面對具有代表性的港島北部地區(qū)空中步行系統(tǒng)進行案例研究,,總結(jié)和提出了高密度城市環(huán)境步行系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計理念,最后,對廣州兩處極具代表性和對比性的高密度地區(qū)——天河路“崗頂——石牌橋”段、珠江新城核心區(qū)等兩地的步行性進行實地調(diào)研,發(fā)現(xiàn)和分析了在現(xiàn)實高密度城市環(huán)境下的步行性特點和成因,從而將整篇論文的研究由理論引入實踐再升華到理論。 本文主要包括以下幾部分內(nèi)容: 第一部分是緒論,介紹了研究背景、研究內(nèi)容和范圍、相關(guān)領(lǐng)域研究綜述、論文研究意義和創(chuàng)新點以及研究框架。 第二部分是第二、三章,首先介紹了步行系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)理論,進而引入高密度城市環(huán)境的概念,并與步行系統(tǒng)理論相結(jié)合,提出研究的必要性。 第三部分是第四、五章,首先從理論層面對高密度城市環(huán)境步行系統(tǒng)進行了理論構(gòu)建,進而以高密度典型香港為案例,對港島北部地區(qū)空中步行系統(tǒng)進行案例研究,通過對其步行系統(tǒng)設(shè)計特點和政策支持的探討,提出高密度城市環(huán)境步行系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計理念。 第四部分是第六章,是針對廣州兩處具有代表性的高密度城市環(huán)境的步行性研究,通過實地調(diào)研和對比分析,總結(jié)提出高密度城市環(huán)境步行性的研究內(nèi)容、方法和特點,從而將整篇論文的研究由理論引入實踐再升華到理論。
[Abstract]:Sustainable development is recognized as the main theme of development in the world, one of its important links is the sustainable development of cities, although the evaluation of urban sustainability and the choice of development models are still controversial in academic circles. But the compact city theory has the indisputable advantages in limiting the urban spread and encouraging the comprehensive intensive use of land, so for most high-density cities and regions. Compact city theory is regarded as the theoretical model to realize the sustainable development of the city. Walking is the most basic way of human travel, in addition to promoting human health and promoting urban vitality of the positive role, but also has the advantages of green energy saving. High density urban environment is the direct manifestation of compact city theory on the level of urban material form. Combining it with walking system can help to discover and understand the current situation, characteristics and background of walking system under the influence of high density, and enrich and deepen the walking system. The theoretical study of high density city has certain value and significance. Based on the concept of walking system and the influence of urban form on walking system, this paper puts forward the elements and methods of constructing high-density urban environment walking system theoretically. Then the classic case of high-density urban environment-Hong Kong, from the design analysis and policy support two aspects of the representative northern area of Hong Kong Island aerial walking system case study. The design concept of high-density urban environment walking system is summarized and put forward. Finally, the section of "Gangding-Shipai Bridge" in high-density region-Tianhe Road in Guangzhou is very representative and comparative. The walking characteristics and causes of walking in the urban environment of high density are found and analyzed through field investigation in the core area of Pearl River New City. Thus, the whole thesis is introduced into practice and sublimated to theory. This paper mainly includes the following parts: The first part is the introduction, which introduces the research background, research content and scope, the research review of related fields, the significance and innovation of the paper and the research framework. The second part is the second and third chapters. Firstly, the basic theory of walking system is introduced, and then the concept of high-density urban environment is introduced, which combines with the theory of walking system and puts forward the necessity of research. The third part is 4th, five chapters, first from the theoretical level of high-density urban environment walking system theoretical construction, and then take high-density typical Hong Kong as a case. Based on the case study of the aerial walking system in the northern part of Hong Kong Island, the design concept of the high-density urban environment walking system is put forward through the discussion of the design characteristics and policy support of the walking system. The 4th part is 6th chapter, is aimed at Guangzhou two representative high-density city environment walking research, through the field investigation and the contrast analysis, summarizes the research content of the high-density urban environment walking. Methods and characteristics of the whole paper from the introduction of theory into practice and sublimation to theory.
