【摘要】:目前,在我國城市動機化的快速發(fā)展的同時,騎自行車和步行作為一種交通方式,已逐漸減弱。城市的主要交通幾乎成了機動車交通,填滿了城市的公共空間。少了富有活力和多樣化使用功能,,人對城市空間的興趣正在逐漸消退。不便和風險困擾著步行和自行車者。 近幾年低碳化的概念開始被提出,并相繼采取各種策略來降低城市的碳排放量,其中轉(zhuǎn)變交通方發(fā)是一項緊要的技術(shù)措施,因慢性交通的零碳特點,所以在低碳社會建設(shè)中,高質(zhì)量的慢行交通規(guī)劃已成為一種必要的手段。因而在建設(shè)和諧社會時首先應(yīng)“以人為本”,以人的基本生活,心理,行為習(xí)慣和物質(zhì)文化需求為出發(fā)點,創(chuàng)造舒適的慢行環(huán)境供人使用。因此,構(gòu)建人性化的慢行交通環(huán)境能幫助解決交通擁擠問題,減少交通污染,構(gòu)建平安環(huán)境,真正實現(xiàn)把人放在首要。 本文整體寫作思緒歸納為先引入慢行交通及相關(guān)的概念,并簡單研究和對比國內(nèi)外的慢行交通系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展情況,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外慢行交通建筑中比較有代表性的案例中提出的觀點、理論及方法,以及介紹和簡要的研究慢行交通相關(guān)理論,然后以此為基礎(chǔ)進而詳細分析了基于人性化的慢行交通系統(tǒng)的特點及規(guī)劃原則和必要性。接著經(jīng)過對贛州市老城區(qū)的慢行交通的現(xiàn)狀進行研究,提出問題并分析老城區(qū)發(fā)展慢行交通的可行性,最后依據(jù)贛州市老城區(qū)的慢行交通現(xiàn)狀,基于慢行規(guī)劃的相關(guān)理論,連合國內(nèi)外慢行交通優(yōu)秀案例中經(jīng)典規(guī)劃方法及模式,對贛州老城區(qū)的慢行交通進行合理的規(guī)劃設(shè)計,并提出相應(yīng)的政策和管理措施,以達到贛州市交通合理、環(huán)保、人性化發(fā)展的目的。 本文研究的范圍是贛州市老城區(qū),為了有效的改善規(guī)劃范圍內(nèi)的慢行交通系統(tǒng),進對老城區(qū)交通狀況尤其是其中的慢行交通進行了多次的實地調(diào)研,然后根據(jù)贛州老城區(qū)慢行交通的現(xiàn)狀問題的分析總結(jié),對規(guī)劃范圍內(nèi)的慢行交通系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建提出了詳細的改進規(guī)劃和建議,從而促進贛州市老城區(qū)的交通人性化的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:At present, in our country city motivation of the rapid development, cycling and walking as a means of transport, traffic has been gradually weakened. The main city has almost become a motor vehicle, with the city public space. Less vibrant and diverse functions, people interested in city space is gradually subsided. The inconvenience and risk plagued by walking and cycling.
In recent years, the low carbon concept to be proposed, and have adopted various strategies to reduce carbon emissions in the city, the change of traffic sent us is an important technical measures for zero carbon characteristics of chronic traffic, so in the construction of low-carbon society, slow traffic planning has become a high quality plan necessary. So in the building of a harmonious society should be "people-oriented", the basic life, people's psychology, behavior and material and cultural needs as the starting point, to create a comfortable environment for people to use slow. Therefore, the construction of the humanistic environment of slow traffic can help solve the problem of traffic congestion, reduce traffic pollution, building a safe environment, truly put people in the first place.
This paper first summarized the overall ideas in writing the concept of slow traffic and related introduction, development and simple research and comparison of domestic and foreign slow traffic system, combined with the traffic construction at home and abroad are slow in comparison to have the representative case put forward the viewpoint of theory and method, and introduces briefly the research and slow traffic on the basis of relevant theories, and then analyses the necessity and characteristics and planning principles of slow traffic system based on humanity. Then through the current slow on the old city of Ganzhou city traffic research, put forward problems and feasibility analysis of the old city slow traffic, according to slow traffic situation for the old Ganzhou City, the relevant theory of planning based on slow, slow traffic at home and abroad of the outstanding cases of classic programming and the mode of the old city of Ganzhou slow traffic reasonably. Design the design, and put forward the corresponding policy and management measures to achieve the purpose of Ganzhou city traffic reasonable, environmental protection, humanized development.
The scope of this study is the old city of Ganzhou City, in order to slow improvement planning within the scope of the effective traffic system, the traffic condition in the old city especially slow the traffic survey for many times, and then according to the analysis of current problems of the old city of Ganzhou slow traffic summed up the construction of slow traffic system the planning within the scope of the proposed improvement plan and suggestions in detail, so as to promote the development of the old city of Ganzhou City, the traffic of humanity.
