【摘要】：營口沿海產(chǎn)業(yè)基地自2006年實(shí)施啟動以來,經(jīng)過七年的建設(shè)現(xiàn)如今形成了一個嶄新的濱海綠色生態(tài)文化科技新城,而新城的產(chǎn)業(yè)支撐是以高科技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)、現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)和先進(jìn)制造業(yè)為主,現(xiàn)已成為了國內(nèi)外具有一定核心競爭力的產(chǎn)業(yè)基地之一。而這些輝煌的成就離不開城市規(guī)劃的其中所起到的指導(dǎo)作用,使建設(shè)按照現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)基地的目標(biāo),高質(zhì)量、高要求的進(jìn)行。除了總體城市規(guī)劃,從區(qū)域和全局的方位思考了整個城市的發(fā)展建設(shè),有序的分配城市各個部分的建設(shè)之外,另外一方面就是在城市規(guī)劃和建筑設(shè)計的銜接過程上增加了城市設(shè)計這一關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),并且對其進(jìn)行了有力的控制,從而起到了良好的效果。城市設(shè)計與城市規(guī)劃、建筑設(shè)計之間存在著本質(zhì)的區(qū)別,它所關(guān)注的是人與城市形態(tài)環(huán)境的關(guān)系以及城市空間環(huán)境的營造,它是城市規(guī)劃的一部分卻又是城市規(guī)劃的繼續(xù),它可以為建筑設(shè)計提供指導(dǎo)作用。因此,城市設(shè)計架起了城市規(guī)劃和建筑設(shè)計之間的橋梁,使得城市規(guī)劃和建筑設(shè)計之間的聯(lián)系更加緊密。 營口沿海產(chǎn)業(yè)基地首期核心商務(wù)區(qū)項目不僅做了詳細(xì)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計,之后更是進(jìn)行了城市設(shè)計。因此,本文選擇了這一部分作為研究對象,并且運(yùn)用調(diào)研、參與設(shè)計、訪談、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計、分析等多種方法進(jìn)行研究,結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)資料的搜集以及相應(yīng)的知識積累過程,對該區(qū)域的城市設(shè)計技術(shù)成果進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析,對現(xiàn)有建設(shè)成果進(jìn)行比較分析,并對可能產(chǎn)生的一些情況進(jìn)行預(yù)測,進(jìn)而提出了后續(xù)設(shè)計思考的方向和啟示。 本人通過對營口沿海產(chǎn)業(yè)基地核心商務(wù)區(qū)城市設(shè)計及其控制的研究,不僅僅是對此項目的介紹說明,而是希望能夠使得良好的城市設(shè)計的技術(shù)成果能夠得到實(shí)施,從而更好的提高該區(qū)域的建設(shè)效率和建設(shè)質(zhì)量,同時也能為國內(nèi)外其他相同類型的城市設(shè)計提供借鑒和啟示。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of Yingkou coastal industrial base in 2006, after seven years of construction, now has formed a new coastal green ecological culture science and technology city, and the new city industry is supported by high-tech industry. Modern service industry and advanced manufacturing industry have become one of the industrial bases with certain core competitiveness at home and abroad, and these brilliant achievements can not be separated from the guiding role of urban planning. In addition to the overall urban planning, the development and construction of the whole city is considered from the regional and overall position. In addition to the orderly distribution of the construction of various parts of the city, on the other hand, it adds the key link of urban design in the process of linking urban planning and architectural design, and has a strong control over it. Urban design and urban planning, architectural design, there is an essential difference between it is concerned with the relationship between human and urban form environment and urban space environment construction. It is a part of urban planning but also a continuation of urban planning, it can provide guidance for architectural design. Therefore, urban design has built a bridge between urban planning and architectural design. It makes the connection between urban planning and architectural design more closely. Yingkou coastal industrial base in the first phase of the core business district project not only made detailed planning and design, but also carried out urban design. Therefore, this article selected this part as the research object, and applied research. Participate in design, interviews, data statistics, analysis and other methods of research, combined with the collection of literature and the corresponding process of knowledge accumulation, the region of urban design technology results are summarized and analyzed. This paper makes a comparative analysis of the existing construction achievements, forecasts some possible situations, and then puts forward the direction and enlightenment of the subsequent design thinking. Through the study of urban design and control of Yingkou coastal industrial base core business district, not only the introduction of this project. It is hoped that the technical achievements of good urban design can be implemented so as to improve the construction efficiency and construction quality of the region. At the same time, it can also provide reference and inspiration for other similar types of urban design at home and abroad.
