【摘要】:大直徑現(xiàn)澆混凝土薄壁筒樁(CTP)作為一種新樁型,目前已在我國的公路軟基處理、海堤及碼頭工程、深基坑圍護(hù)、建筑物基礎(chǔ)處理等工程中得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。然而,該種樁型的理論研究遠(yuǎn)落后于工程應(yīng)用,隨著應(yīng)用范圍的日益擴(kuò)大,對其理論分析、試驗研究以及計算方法的研究、探討和分析變得日益迫切。 目前國內(nèi)對CTP樁在豎向荷載作用下的性狀進(jìn)行了大量的分析,然而對其在水平荷載作用下的性狀研究卻較少,這嚴(yán)重制約著CTP樁的推廣與應(yīng)用。針對這些問題,本文在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,首先介紹了高速公路CTP樁加固路堤的試驗研究情況,然后推導(dǎo)了CTP樁土水平抗力的解析解,編程分析了CTP樁抗水平力性狀,對CTP樁海堤和基坑圍護(hù)進(jìn)行了研究,所做的工作如下: 1)根據(jù)廣東珠江三角洲環(huán)形高速公路西環(huán)段的現(xiàn)場試驗和觀測數(shù)據(jù),分析了CTP樁樁承式加筋路堤的荷載-沉降、抗滑移等工程性狀以及拉膜效應(yīng)和土拱效應(yīng)的作用。 2)根據(jù)考慮變形效應(yīng)的主被動土壓力與樁-土間摩擦力理論,并參考前人對圓筒結(jié)構(gòu)土抗力分布的研究成果,推導(dǎo)出CTP樁在某深度處的水平抗力H(z,y)的解析解并與目前常用的幾種方法進(jìn)行了比較,進(jìn)而分析了不同樁土參數(shù)下的大直徑CTP樁的H-y曲線。 3)根據(jù)CTP樁水平抗力解析計算結(jié)果,從剛性樁和柔性樁兩種情況,分別把樁視為剛性體和彈性地基梁,應(yīng)用有限差分法,編制計算程序,求解CTP樁的變形和內(nèi)力,并與現(xiàn)場試驗數(shù)據(jù)和其他方法進(jìn)行比較,檢驗此方法的適用性,進(jìn)而分析樁、土各參數(shù)對CTP樁水平受力性狀的影響。研究顯示,該方法可以考慮土抗力的非線性和有限性(即不隨位移的增加而無限增大),比目前常用的m法更接近實際,比p-y曲線法更容易取得參數(shù)。 4)介紹了CTP樁海堤和基坑支護(hù)體系特點(diǎn)和計算方法。在前文單樁抗水平力分析方法基礎(chǔ)上,計算分析了CTP樁海堤和基坑支護(hù)體系的內(nèi)力和位移,并分析了各因素對其的影響。
[Abstract]:As a new type of pile, large-diameter cast-in-situ concrete thin-walled tube pile has been used in highway soft foundation treatment, seawall and wharf engineering, and deep foundation pit protection. Building foundation treatment and other projects have been widely used. However, the theoretical study of this type of pile is far behind the engineering application, with the increasing expansion of the scope of application, the theoretical analysis of this kind of pile. Experimental study and calculation method research, discussion and analysis become more and more urgent. At present, there is a lot of analysis on the behavior of CTP pile under vertical load, but there is little research on the behavior of CTP pile under horizontal load. This seriously restricts the popularization and application of CTP pile. In view of these problems, this paper first introduces the experimental research on the reinforcement of embankment with CTP pile in expressway on the basis of previous research. Then the analytical solution of horizontal resistance of CTP pile and soil is derived, and the horizontal resistance behavior of CTP pile is analyzed by programming. The research on the seawall and foundation pit enclosure of CTP pile is carried out. The work done is as follows: 1) the load-settlement of CTP pile supported reinforced embankment is analyzed based on the field test and observation data of west ring section of Guangdong Pearl River Delta circular highway. Engineering properties such as slippage resistance and the effects of film drawing and soil arch effects. 2) according to the theory of active and passive earth pressure and pile-soil friction considering deformation effect, and referring to the previous research results of soil resistance distribution of cylindrical structure. The analytical solution of the horizontal resistance of CTP pile at a certain depth is derived and compared with several commonly used methods. Furthermore, the H-y curves of large diameter CTP piles with different soil parameters are analyzed. 3) according to the analytical results of horizontal resistance of CTP pile, the pile is regarded as rigid body and elastic foundation beam respectively from the two cases of rigid pile and flexible pile, and the calculation program is compiled by using finite difference method. The deformation and internal force of CTP pile are solved, and compared with the field test data and other methods, the applicability of this method is tested, and then the pile is analyzed. The influence of soil parameters on the horizontal behavior of CTP pile. The study shows that this method can take into account the nonlinearity and finiteness of soil resistance (that is, it does not increase infinitely with the increase of displacement). It is closer to reality than the m method, and it is easier to get the parameters than the p-y curve method. 4) the characteristics and calculation method of CTP pile seawall and foundation pit support system are introduced. On the basis of the previous analysis method of single pile anti-horizontal force, the internal force and displacement of CTP pile seawall and foundation pit supporting system are calculated and analyzed. The influence of various factors on it is also analyzed.
