【摘要】：多棟高層通過(guò)底部一層或幾層體量較大的底盤(pán)連接形成的整體結(jié)構(gòu),稱(chēng)之為“多塔結(jié)構(gòu)”,也可稱(chēng)之為“大底盤(pán)多塔結(jié)構(gòu)”。隨著科技、經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,再加上人口的不斷增長(zhǎng),城市變得寸土寸金,大地下室上多棟高層或小高層建筑在小區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)中逐漸成為一種趨勢(shì)。 高層與高層之間的地面為綠化和道路,地面以下為單層或多層地下室,整個(gè)地下室采用不分結(jié)構(gòu)縫的做法,和地上多棟高層連為一個(gè)整體。這樣就使得結(jié)構(gòu)分析計(jì)算變得更加復(fù)雜。本文借助PKPM系列軟件,以安徽郎溪東城國(guó)際為例,進(jìn)行建模、調(diào)模,并通過(guò)PKPM中的SATWE模塊對(duì)本結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行抗震及穩(wěn)定性的計(jì)算分析,并最終完成此工程的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。 安徽郎溪東城國(guó)際是一個(gè)高層住宅小區(qū),其中地下為一層的地下車(chē)庫(kù),地上包括5棟高層住宅和3棟2層的商業(yè)部分。其中5棟高層住宅為剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu),3棟2層的商業(yè)部分為框架結(jié)構(gòu)。由于商業(yè)部分的結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)模很小,相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō),剛度也很小,所以在設(shè)計(jì)中可以拿出來(lái)單獨(dú)計(jì)算分析,因此,本工程更確切的說(shuō)是大底盤(pán)5塔結(jié)構(gòu)。 通過(guò)參與本工程的結(jié)構(gòu)分析和計(jì)算,使我能夠?qū)Υ蟮妆P(pán)多塔等復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)有一個(gè)更深的認(rèn)識(shí),并從中學(xué)習(xí)到了很多畢業(yè)后進(jìn)行工作的實(shí)用設(shè)計(jì)思路和方案,同時(shí)也把自己在學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)的理論知識(shí)結(jié)合實(shí)際應(yīng)用到設(shè)計(jì)中來(lái),不斷的完善自己、提高自己。
[Abstract]:Many high-rise structure formed by connecting the bottom of one or more layers of a large volume of the chassis, called "multi tower structure", also known as "with big chassis structure. With the development of science and technology, the rapid development of economy, coupled with the growing population, the city became land, large basement many high-rise buildings or small high-rise buildings in the area of design has gradually become a trend.
Between the top and top of the ground for greening and road, below the surface of monolayer or multilayer basement, regardless of the practice of using the structural joints in the basement, and more high-rise even as a whole. This makes the structural analysis becomes more complex. With the help of PKPM software, to Anhui Langxi Dongcheng International for example, modeling, analysis and calculation of transfer mode, and through the SATWE module in the PKPM earthquake and the stability of the structure, and finally completes the structure design of this project.
Anhui Langxi Dongcheng international is a high-rise residential underground, which is a layer of underground garage, the ground consists of 5 high-rise residential and 3 2 storey commercial parts. The 5 high-rise residential shear wall structure, 3 2 storey commercial parts of the frame structure. Because of the commercial portion of the structure size very small, relatively speaking, the stiffness is very small, so the design can separate out the calculation and analysis, therefore, this project is rather large chassis 5 tower structure.
Based on the structure analysis and calculation in this project, so I can have a deeper understanding of the complex structure with big chassis, and learn to design ideas and solutions to many practical work after graduation, but also to their theoretical knowledge in school according to the actual application to design, constantly improve ourselves, improve ourselves.
