【摘要】：薄壁輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅體系具有抗震性能好、施工速度快、生態(tài)環(huán)保、利于推動住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，符合我國發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)和節(jié)能省地型住宅的要求，是我國住宅未來發(fā)展的必然趨勢。 在歐美、日本、澳大利亞等發(fā)達(dá)國家薄壁輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅體系得到了大量的推廣應(yīng)用，相關(guān)的技術(shù)和配套實(shí)施也十分成熟。過去我國鋼產(chǎn)量不足，國家不鼓勵發(fā)展鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，致使該體系長期以來得不到很好地發(fā)展，然而近年來，我國鋼材生產(chǎn)過剩，國家出臺了系列發(fā)展鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的政策，鼓勵發(fā)展鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建筑，這為薄壁輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅體系的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造了良好的社會條件。2008年的汶川大地震重建，薄壁輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅體系以其優(yōu)越的抗震性能和建造速度優(yōu)勢，，加之建筑師將薄壁輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅體系與地域資源相結(jié)合，使之適應(yīng)地域經(jīng)濟(jì)、技術(shù)、環(huán)境、文化，從而在災(zāi)區(qū)得到了大面積的推廣應(yīng)用。這為新形勢下的農(nóng)村建設(shè)開創(chuàng)了一條嶄新的道路；為災(zāi)區(qū)重建積累了寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)；也為傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代、國際與地域相結(jié)合提供了新的思路。 本文作者在總結(jié)國內(nèi)外薄壁輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅體系優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合自身的重建經(jīng)歷以及重建后使用狀況的再調(diào)研，對薄壁輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅體系與地域經(jīng)濟(jì)、技術(shù)、環(huán)境、文化相適應(yīng)的理論和設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了全面而系統(tǒng)化的研究總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Thin walled light steel structure residential system has the advantages of good seismic performance, fast construction speed, environmental protection, and conducive to promoting the industrialization of housing. It is in line with the requirements of developing low-carbon economy and energy saving and land saving housing in China. It is an inevitable trend for the future development of housing in China.
In Europe and the United States, Japan, the thin-walled light steel structure residential system Australia and other developed countries has been widely applied, and supporting the implementation of related technology is very mature. In the past, China's steel production is insufficient, the state does not encourage the development of steel structure, resulting in the system for a long time can not get a good development, but in recent years, steel production China's surplus, the state issued a series of policies to encourage the development of steel structure, steel structure, which created the Wenchuan earthquake reconstruction good social conditions for the development of.2008 thin-walled light steel structure residential system, thin-walled light steel structure residential system with its excellent seismic performance and construction speed, and architects will thin-walled light steel residential structure system and regional combination of resources, so as to adapt to the regional economy, technology, environment, culture, resulting in a large area to promote the use of the new situation in the affected areas. The rural construction has opened up a new road, and has accumulated valuable experience for the reconstruction of the disaster area. It also provides a new train of thought for the combination of tradition and modernity, international and regional.
In this paper, the author summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of domestic and foreign thin-walled light steel structure residential system, further research and usage combined with their own experience and reconstruction after the reconstruction, the thin-walled light steel structure residential system and regional economy, technology, environment, culture and design theory for the comprehensive and systematic research summary.
