平行數(shù)據(jù):從大數(shù)據(jù)到數(shù)據(jù)智能

【摘要】:為了解決實際問題,大數(shù)據(jù)分析處理系統(tǒng)需要獲取數(shù)據(jù),然而實際場景中收集到的實際數(shù)據(jù)通常不完備.另外,大多數(shù)問題的解決方案通常是由問題引導(dǎo)或者僅僅進行數(shù)據(jù)分析,運行參數(shù)調(diào)整和設(shè)定帶有較大的盲目性,難以達到應(yīng)用的智能性.為此,文中提出平行數(shù)據(jù)的概念和框架,根據(jù)實際數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)計算實驗產(chǎn)生真正的虛擬大數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合默頓定律,以期待的解決方案與問題進行廣義對偶,引導(dǎo)大數(shù)據(jù)聚焦到實際問題.實際數(shù)據(jù)與虛擬數(shù)據(jù)動態(tài)互動,平行演化,形成一個虛實相生、數(shù)據(jù)動態(tài)變化的過程,最終使數(shù)據(jù)具備智能,進而解決未知的問題.平行數(shù)據(jù)不但是一種數(shù)據(jù)表示形式,更是一種數(shù)據(jù)演化機制與方式,其特色是虛實互動,所有數(shù)據(jù)的動力學(xué)軌跡構(gòu)成了數(shù)據(jù)動力學(xué)系統(tǒng).平行數(shù)據(jù)為數(shù)據(jù)處理、表示、挖掘和應(yīng)用提供了一個新的范式.
[Abstract]:In order to solve the practical problems, big data analysis and processing system needs to obtain data, but the actual data collected in the actual scene is usually incomplete. In addition, most of the solutions to the problem are usually guided by the problem or just for data analysis, and the adjustment and setting of the running parameters are blind, so it is difficult to achieve the intelligence of the application. For this reason, this paper puts forward the concept and framework of parallel data, produces real virtual big data according to the actual data through calculation and experiment, and combines Merton's law to carry on the generalized duality with the expected solution and the problem. Guide big data to focus on practical problems. Real data and virtual data dynamic interaction, parallel evolution, the formation of a virtual reality, the dynamic change of data process, and finally make the data intelligent, and then solve unknown problems. Parallel data is not only a data representation, but also a data evolution mechanism and mode, which is characterized by virtual and real interaction. The dynamic trajectories of all the data constitute the data dynamics system. Parallel data provides a new paradigm for data processing, representation, mining and application.
