移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)模式下高德軟件有限公司戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型研究

【摘要】:隨著3G的快速普及和4G的發(fā)展,移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)已成為人們?nèi)粘I畹闹匾M成部分。移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)發(fā)展影響傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)的生存發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)如何應(yīng)對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)沖擊,拓寬企業(yè)未來發(fā)展道路、提高綜合競爭能力、增強盈利能力成為企業(yè)未來研究的重點。經(jīng)過十幾年發(fā)展和創(chuàng)新,傳統(tǒng)地圖測繪行業(yè)具有一定規(guī)模的應(yīng)用市場,行業(yè)發(fā)展受到信息技術(shù)、國家政策、移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)、汽車行業(yè)、用戶需求等因素影響,要求企業(yè)在服務(wù)內(nèi)容、形式及質(zhì)量等方面有進一步的提高。本文以相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),研究高德軟件有限公司(簡稱高德軟件)在被阿里巴巴收購前,作為一個傳統(tǒng)地圖測繪企業(yè)如何應(yīng)對移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)沖擊。首先,分析移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)背景下企業(yè)主營業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展狀況、戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型環(huán)境分析、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型總體思路下的商業(yè)模式轉(zhuǎn)變及具體規(guī)劃等;其次,從企業(yè)財務(wù)和市場影響力評價企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型成果;最后,分析高德軟件戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型對其他傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)在移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的借鑒作用,主要從企業(yè)管理層決策能力、文化管理與創(chuàng)新、人力資源管理、轉(zhuǎn)型過程管理等面進行闡述。本文主要得出以下結(jié)論:(1)通過高德軟件互聯(lián)網(wǎng)戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的動因分析得出,在移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代企業(yè)內(nèi)外部環(huán)境變化迅速,面臨的競爭對手不再局限于同行業(yè)企業(yè),還包括產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上的其他行業(yè)企業(yè)。企業(yè)應(yīng)充分正確認知自身競爭優(yōu)劣勢,制定適合社會大環(huán)境及企業(yè)內(nèi)部小環(huán)境的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。(2)通過高德軟件戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型研究得出,傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)在移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代應(yīng)積極抓住機遇,在資源整合、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域擴展、人才培養(yǎng)及引進等措施基礎(chǔ)上進行商業(yè)模式轉(zhuǎn)變,提升企業(yè)綜合競爭力。(3)在移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代,傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)在戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型過程中應(yīng)積極引進互聯(lián)網(wǎng)基因、提高戰(zhàn)略領(lǐng)導力和執(zhí)行力、正確解決內(nèi)部文化沖突、制定良好的人才管理策略、進行全面準確的戰(zhàn)略評估等。
[Abstract]:With the rapid popularization of 3G and the development of 4G, mobile Internet has become an important part of people's daily life. The development of mobile Internet industry affects the survival and development of traditional industries. How to deal with the impact of the Internet, broaden the future development of enterprises, improve comprehensive competitiveness, enhance profitability has become the focus of future research. After more than ten years of development and innovation, the traditional map mapping industry has a certain scale of application market, the industry development is affected by information technology, national policies, mobile Internet industry, automobile industry, user demand and other factors. Enterprises are required to further improve their service content, form and quality. On the basis of relevant theories, this paper studies how Gaode Software Co., Ltd (God Software), as a traditional map mapping enterprise, can cope with the impact of mobile Internet industry before being acquired by Alibaba. First of all, it analyzes the development of the main business of the enterprise under the background of mobile Internet, the analysis of the environment of strategic transformation, the transformation of business model and the concrete planning under the overall thinking of the strategic transformation of the Internet. Secondly, evaluate the achievements of strategic transformation from the perspective of financial and market influence; Finally, the paper analyzes the reference function of the strategic transformation of Gaude software to other traditional industries in the era of mobile Internet, mainly from the decision-making ability of enterprise management, cultural management and innovation, human resources management, Transformation process management and other aspects of the elaboration. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) through the motivation analysis of the strategic transformation of Gaude Software Internet, it is concluded that in the era of mobile Internet, the internal and external environment of enterprises changes rapidly, and the competitors are no longer confined to the same industry enterprises. It also includes other industry enterprises in the industrial chain. Enterprises should fully and correctly recognize their own competitive advantages and disadvantages, and formulate a development strategy suitable for the social environment and the small environment within the enterprise. (2) through the research on the strategic transformation of Gaude software, it is concluded that, In the era of mobile Internet, traditional enterprises should actively seize the opportunity to change their business models on the basis of resources integration, technological innovation, application expansion, talent training and introduction, etc. (3) in the era of mobile Internet, traditional enterprises should actively introduce Internet genes in the process of strategic transformation, improve their strategic leadership and executive power, and correctly resolve internal cultural conflicts. Make good talent management strategy, carry out comprehensive and accurate strategic evaluation, etc.
