【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上充斥著大量惡意用戶,而互聯(lián)網(wǎng)服務(wù)提供商通常有海量的注冊用戶,使得系統(tǒng)難以從中發(fā)現(xiàn)虛假賬戶。針對海量注冊數(shù)據(jù)中,惡意用戶批量注冊的虛假賬戶通常具有相似性的特點。該文提出海量數(shù)據(jù)中定位虛假賬戶的系統(tǒng)模型,利用用戶名字符串組成模式對海量數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行預(yù)分類,進(jìn)而對每個分類中元素計算字符串相似度,即計算字符串Levenshtein距離。設(shè)置合適的閾值,進(jìn)行層次聚類分析,從而定位藏匿在海量注冊數(shù)據(jù)中的成組的虛假賬戶。實驗結(jié)果表明:該系統(tǒng)模型有效,與現(xiàn)有的模型相比,該系統(tǒng)對數(shù)據(jù)維度、數(shù)據(jù)特性依賴較小。
[Abstract]:The Internet is full of malicious users, and Internet service providers usually have a large number of registered users, making it difficult for the system to find false accounts. In view of the massive registration data, the false accounts registered by malicious users in batches are usually similar. In this paper, a system model of locating false accounts in mass data is proposed. The user name string pattern is used to pre-classify the massive data, and then the string similarity is calculated for each element of the classification, that is, the Levenshtein distance of string. Appropriate threshold is set and hierarchical clustering analysis is carried out to locate the group false accounts hidden in massive registration data. The experimental results show that the system model is effective. Compared with the existing model, the system has less dependence on the data dimension.
