【摘要】：社區(qū)公共服務(wù)設(shè)施的智慧管理是當(dāng)今城市智慧社區(qū)發(fā)展的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容。文章針對2013年以來沈陽市智慧社區(qū)的試點(diǎn)建設(shè)情況,詳細(xì)調(diào)查了四個(gè)具有代表意義的智慧社區(qū)服務(wù)平臺,采用空間選址分布、功能設(shè)施條件、運(yùn)營發(fā)展模式、管理服務(wù)水平和居民滿意程度五個(gè)指標(biāo)對其進(jìn)行綜合評價(jià),進(jìn)而提出社區(qū)服務(wù)設(shè)施智慧管理策略。
[Abstract]:The intelligent management of community public service facilities is an important content of urban intelligent community development. Aiming at the pilot construction of intelligent community in Shenyang since 2013, this paper makes a detailed investigation of four representative intelligent community service platforms, which adopt spatial location distribution, functional and facility conditions, and operation and development model. The management service level and the residents' satisfaction degree are evaluated synthetically, and then the intelligent management strategy of community service facilities is put forward.
