【摘要】：隨著計算機技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,信息管理系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)得到了廣泛的發(fā)展,其應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域已經(jīng)滲透人們生活的各個方面,尤其是在金融經(jīng)濟應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域。隨著近年來我國自由市場經(jīng)濟的高速擴張,資本市場的規(guī)模越來越大,因此,銀行網(wǎng)上辦公系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)成為各大銀行信息化工作的重點和許多學(xué)者研究的熱點。本文詳細(xì)的分析了研究背景,介紹了研究來源和國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀,闡述了研究的目的及意義,歸納了本文的主要工作;接著,本文介紹了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、開發(fā)和實現(xiàn)過程中采用的技術(shù),包括三層B/S體系架構(gòu)技術(shù)、Lotus技術(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù),為設(shè)計和開發(fā)一個完善的系統(tǒng)做鋪墊;本文對銀行辦公人員實施了認(rèn)真的調(diào)研,分析現(xiàn)有的銀行辦公系統(tǒng)的主要功能和流程,針對其不足提出了完善的方法,導(dǎo)出了一個完善的銀行辦公系統(tǒng)的邏輯業(yè)務(wù)功能,并且使用數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)流程和數(shù)據(jù)流圖等需求分析技術(shù)和工具,完成了系統(tǒng)的需求分析;再次,本文對系統(tǒng)實施了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計,根據(jù)需求分析需要完成的功能,分析了相關(guān)的關(guān)鍵流程,采用結(jié)構(gòu)化流程設(shè)計圖,對系統(tǒng)的每一個功能模塊進(jìn)行了設(shè)計,同時完成了系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫相關(guān)的概念設(shè)計和物理設(shè)計;接著,詳細(xì)的介紹了系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)環(huán)境,描述了系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),基于Lotus技術(shù)、SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫管理技術(shù)等開發(fā)實現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)的各個功能模塊,包括運行截圖和部分功能的操作流程,同時闡述了Notes數(shù)據(jù)庫一致性的實現(xiàn)方法;最后詳細(xì)的介紹了系統(tǒng)測試的主要內(nèi)容,包括系統(tǒng)功能測試和系統(tǒng)性能測試兩個方面的內(nèi)容,測試結(jié)果表明系統(tǒng)具有良好的運行速度能力,并且能夠提供正確的、可靠的系統(tǒng)功能。系統(tǒng)開發(fā)完成之后,經(jīng)過一階段的使用,該系統(tǒng)可以有效的滿足銀行工作人員的需求,提高了銀行的辦公效率,提升了銀行的信息化水平,實現(xiàn)了銀行自動化、便捷化、高效化和無紙化的先進(jìn)理念,提升了銀行的市場競爭力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer technology, database technology and network technology, information management system has been widely developed. Its application field has penetrated into all aspects of people's life, especially in the field of financial and economic application. With the rapid expansion of China's free market economy in recent years, the scale of capital market is becoming larger and larger. Therefore, the bank online office system has become the focus of the bank information work and a hot spot for many scholars. This paper analyzes the research background in detail, introduces the source of the research and the current situation at home and abroad, expounds the purpose and significance of the research, and summarizes the main work of this paper. Then, this paper introduces the system design, development and implementation of the technology, including three-tier B / S architecture technology, Lotus technology and database technology, for the design and development of a perfect system to do the groundwork; This paper carries out a serious investigation on the bank office personnel, analyzes the main functions and processes of the existing bank office system, puts forward a perfect method for its shortcomings, and derives the logical business function of a perfect bank office system. And the requirement analysis of the system is completed by using the data business process and data flow diagram and other requirements analysis techniques and tools. Thirdly, this paper implements the system design, according to the requirement analysis needs to complete the function, analyzes the related key flow, uses the structured process design diagram, has carried on the design to each function module of the system. At the same time, the system database related concept design and physical design are completed. Then, the realization environment of the system is introduced in detail, and the key technology of the system is described. Based on the Lotus technology, the, SQL Server database management technology is developed to realize the various functional modules of the system. Including the running screenshot and some functions of the operation flow, at the same time elaborated the Notes database consistency implementation method; Finally, the main contents of the system test are introduced in detail, including the system function test and the system performance test. The test results show that the system has good running speed ability and can provide correct. Reliable system function. After the completion of the system development, after one stage of use, the system can effectively meet the needs of the bank staff, improve the efficiency of the bank office, improve the level of information technology of the bank, realize bank automation, and make it easier. The advanced concept of high efficiency and paperless has enhanced the market competitiveness of banks.
