天津市濱海新區(qū)土地發(fā)展中心土地儲(chǔ)備項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)研究與開(kāi)發(fā)
[Abstract]:This paper synthetically analyzes the advanced experience of land consolidation and storage work at home and abroad, combining with the actual situation of Tianjin Binhai New area, with the thinking of project management, puts the land reserve project plan, collection and storage, asset management, arrangement and development. These five stages of listed transactions are incorporated into the information management system. By means of management information system, geographic information system, workflow and other technical means, a collaborative business management and process monitoring for land consolidation and storage is established. The integrated information platform of macroscopic overall management and auxiliary decision support has realized the network, information, standardization and intelligent management of land consolidation and reserve management. This paper firstly combs the functional demand of applying for land consolidation and storage plan, acquisition and consolidation, asset management, land supply and so on in land consolidation and storage work; Secondly, the data design is carried out, which not only meets the current demand, but also lays a good foundation for the long-term planning. Thirdly, the system is designed in detail, and the system technology architecture, business process and system engine are analyzed deeply. Finally, the system implementation is completed. Through the deep excavation and comprehensive study of the reserve land information in Tianjin Binhai New area, this paper provides the land department with all-round, deep and multi-angle graphics, tables and analysis reports. It can effectively assist the macro decision of land consolidation and reserve work, improve the management level and office efficiency of land consolidation and reserve work, and have positive significance for the management of land consolidation and reserve work in Binhai New area.
