基于二代曲波變換的電氣化鐵路接觸網(wǎng)連接裝置旋轉(zhuǎn)雙耳不良狀態(tài)檢測

【摘要】:針對電氣化鐵路接觸網(wǎng)連接裝置中旋轉(zhuǎn)雙耳耳片狀態(tài)檢測問題,提出一種基于二代曲波變換的非接觸式自動(dòng)檢測方法。為降低復(fù)雜背景對后期狀態(tài)檢測的干擾,利用快速魯棒性特征SURF(Speeded-up Robust Features)匹配方法完成旋轉(zhuǎn)雙耳模板與待檢測旋轉(zhuǎn)雙耳局部不變特征點(diǎn)的匹配,實(shí)現(xiàn)雙耳快速初識別;然后應(yīng)用Hough變換實(shí)現(xiàn)耳片固有特征識別及耳片精確定位;最后利用二代曲波變換的多方向性和各向異性特點(diǎn)分解耳片局部圖像,通過曲波系數(shù)分布規(guī)律及統(tǒng)計(jì)特性判別耳片狀態(tài)。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,基于二代曲波變換的系統(tǒng)方法能在復(fù)雜圖像中較準(zhǔn)確地識別耳片斷裂特征,為旋轉(zhuǎn)雙耳的狀態(tài)檢測提供一定參考。
[Abstract]:A non-contact automatic detection method based on the second generation Qu Bo transform is proposed to detect the state of rotating binaural ears in the catenary connection device of electrified railway. In order to reduce the interference of complex background to late state detection, the fast robust feature SURF (Speeded-up Robust Features) matching method) is used to match the rotating binaural template with the local invariant feature points of the rotating binaural to be detected. Then the Hough transform is used to realize the recognition of the inherent characteristics of the ear plate and the accurate location of the ear piece. Finally, the multidirectional and anisotropic characteristics of the second generation Qu Bo transform are used to decompose the local images of ear slices, and then the distribution law and statistical characteristics of Qu Bo coefficients are used to judge the state of ear slices. The experimental results show that the system method based on the second generation Qu Bo transform can accurately identify the broken characteristics of ear segments in complex images and provide a certain reference for the detection of rotating binaural states.
