多尺度二維數(shù)字圖像相關(guān)測(cè)量系統(tǒng)及其應(yīng)用

【摘要】:為了實(shí)現(xiàn)全場(chǎng)多尺度變形測(cè)量,利用三軸電動(dòng)平移臺(tái)、4臺(tái)高分辨率相機(jī)、3個(gè)不同放大倍數(shù)的遠(yuǎn)心鏡頭和1個(gè)顯微鏡頭組成了多尺度二維數(shù)字圖像相關(guān)測(cè)量系統(tǒng),采用該測(cè)量裝置可實(shí)現(xiàn)從宏觀到微觀尺度的變形測(cè)量.實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:通過置于高精度三維可控平移臺(tái)上的二維數(shù)字圖像相關(guān)測(cè)量裝置,可實(shí)現(xiàn)任意微區(qū)的跟蹤觀測(cè).經(jīng)過標(biāo)定的測(cè)量系統(tǒng)可以對(duì)觀測(cè)區(qū)域?qū)崿F(xiàn)測(cè)量尺度的任意切換,達(dá)到所需要的測(cè)量精度及觀測(cè)要求.最后對(duì)貝氏體鋼腐蝕后的表面紋理進(jìn)行了數(shù)字圖像相關(guān)測(cè)量.該測(cè)量系統(tǒng)對(duì)于裂紋尖端力學(xué)行為的研究具有很好的應(yīng)用前景.
[Abstract]:In order to realize the full-field multi-scale deformation measurement, a multi-scale two-dimensional digital image correlation measurement system is made up of a three-axis electric translation platform, four high-resolution cameras, three telecentric lenses with different magnification and a microscope head. The measurement device can be used to measure deformation from macro to micro scale. The experimental results show that the tracking and observation of any micro-region can be realized by a two-dimensional digital image correlation measurement device placed on a high-precision three-dimensional controllable translation platform. The calibrated measurement system can achieve arbitrary scale switching in the observation area, and achieve the required measurement accuracy and observation requirements. Finally, the surface texture of bainitic steel after corrosion was measured by digital image correlation. The system has a good application prospect for studying the mechanical behavior of crack tip.
