青年員工在線答題系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:在信息時代中,企業(yè)人力資源管理業(yè)務(wù)的信息化已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)市場經(jīng)營和內(nèi)部管理過程中的重要發(fā)展趨勢,如何采用信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展成果來提高企業(yè)人力資源管理業(yè)務(wù)的質(zhì)量與水平是企業(yè)日常經(jīng)營中面臨的重要挑戰(zhàn)。人力資源培訓(xùn)管理業(yè)務(wù)是企業(yè)日常管理業(yè)務(wù)的重要內(nèi)容,因此當(dāng)前眾多企業(yè)對于人力資源培訓(xùn)管理業(yè)務(wù)的信息化均投入了大量的人力和物力,并通過構(gòu)建信息化的業(yè)務(wù)管理平臺軟件來提高其人力資源培訓(xùn)管理業(yè)務(wù)的質(zhì)量與效率。本文在此背景下以四川電力送變電建設(shè)公司組織研發(fā)的青年員工在線答題系統(tǒng)為研究對象,對該系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與研發(fā)工作進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析與考察。青年員工在線答題系統(tǒng)是該公司內(nèi)部信息化辦公軟件體系的重要組成部分,能夠?yàn)楣厩嗄陠T工的自我學(xué)習(xí)和技能提升提供信息化的平臺支持,是公司人力資源管理業(yè)務(wù)信息化進(jìn)程中的重要工作內(nèi)容。本文主要包括了6章內(nèi)容,在第一部分中對論文的研究工作背景、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究內(nèi)容、研究意義等進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析;在第二部分中對系統(tǒng)研發(fā)中使用的相關(guān)技術(shù)和理論進(jìn)行研究考察;在第三部分中對軟件的需求分析工作進(jìn)行詳細(xì)探討,包括了系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)分析、開發(fā)目標(biāo)、功能需求、數(shù)據(jù)需求、過程建模、性能需求等方面;在第四部分中,對軟件系統(tǒng)的功能設(shè)計工作進(jìn)行詳細(xì)研究,包括了系統(tǒng)的整體設(shè)計工作、功能模塊設(shè)計工作、系統(tǒng)的后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計工作等;在第五部分中對系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)實(shí)現(xiàn)工作進(jìn)行詳細(xì)考察與研究,包括系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)環(huán)境、核心功能模塊開發(fā)以及系統(tǒng)的測試工作等,包括系統(tǒng)的測試環(huán)境、測試方法、測試內(nèi)容以及測試結(jié)果評價等;最后對論文研究工作進(jìn)行了總結(jié)與展望。本文研究的青年員工在線答題軟件系統(tǒng)采用了B/S的網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu),開發(fā)技術(shù)包括了ASP.NET開發(fā)技術(shù)和SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)技術(shù),在系統(tǒng)中包括了用戶登錄、在線考試、試卷管理、分?jǐn)?shù)查詢以及系統(tǒng)管理等功能模塊,能夠?qū)镜那嗄陠T工培訓(xùn)業(yè)務(wù)提供自動化的自我學(xué)習(xí)平臺支持,提高公司的人事信息管理工作質(zhì)量與效率。
[Abstract]:In the information age, the informationization of enterprise human resource management has become an important development trend in the process of enterprise market management and internal management. How to adopt the development of information technology to improve the quality and level of human resources management is an important challenge in the daily operation of enterprises. Human resources training management business is an important part of the daily management business of enterprises. Therefore, many enterprises have invested a lot of manpower and material resources in the informationization of human resources training management business. The quality and efficiency of human resource training and management business are improved by constructing the software of information business management platform. In this background, this paper takes the young employees' online answer system organized by Sichuan Electric Power Transmission and Transformation Construction Company as the research object, and makes a detailed analysis and investigation on the design and development of the system. The online answering system for young employees is an important part of the internal information office software system of the company, which can provide information platform support for the self-learning and skill upgrading of young employees in the company. Is the company's human resources management business information process in the important work content. This paper mainly includes six chapters, in the first part of the research work background, research status, research content, research significance and so on to carry on the detailed analysis; In the second part, the related technologies and theories used in the system research and development are investigated. In the third part, the requirement analysis of software is discussed in detail, including business analysis, development goal, function requirement, data requirement, process modeling, performance requirement and so on. In the fourth part, the function design work of the software system is studied in detail, including the whole design work of the system, the function module design work, the background database design work of the system and so on. In the fifth part, the development and implementation of the system are investigated and studied in detail, including the development environment of the system, the development of the core functional modules and the testing work of the system, including the system test environment, test methods, etc. Test content and evaluation of test results; Finally, the research work is summarized and prospected. The online answering software system for young employees in this paper adopts the network structure of B / S, the development technology includes ASP.NET development technology and SQL Server database development technology, including user login, online examination, paper management, etc. The function modules such as score query and system management can provide automatic self-learning platform for the training of young employees in the company and improve the quality and efficiency of personnel information management in the company.
