高校干部管理信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著計算機和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,我國市場競爭的不斷加劇,越來越多的管理工作被信息系統(tǒng)所代替。能有效地提高單位的管理效率、降低管理成本已經(jīng)成為提高競爭力的一種重要的途徑。目前在高校對于干部管理中,大型單位采用的是定制化的管理系統(tǒng),中小單位有的采用的是單機版的管理系統(tǒng),有的則還是采用人工的方式進行管理。由于日常工作需求不斷地變化,定制化、單機版的管理系統(tǒng)不能及時的修改,給管理人員帶來很多不便,而且增加新的需求和功能,需要增加很多額外的費用,這給單位帶來了一定的負擔,所以開發(fā)一套可自己配置的信息管理系統(tǒng)就成為一種趨勢。本文正是在這樣的背景下,根據(jù)高校干部管理實際業(yè)務(wù)邏輯,設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)一套安全、高效、穩(wěn)定運行的管理系統(tǒng)。 本系統(tǒng)以高校干部管理系統(tǒng)為研究對象,其主要目的是為了規(guī)范業(yè)務(wù)干部信息管理流程,增加數(shù)據(jù)信息處理的準確度,管理員可根據(jù)實際的需求來配置一些功能,實現(xiàn)干部信息管理精細化、數(shù)字化、自動化,從而提高人員的利用率,縮減人員開支,為單位的管理信息化建設(shè)、人才儲備、信息決策提供支持和數(shù)據(jù)依據(jù)。 高校干部管理信息系統(tǒng)采用當前流行的B/S三層結(jié)構(gòu)模式和J2EE+Oracle技術(shù)方案,匯集各種成熟數(shù)學(xué)算法和高效業(yè)務(wù)流程于其中,提取當前業(yè)界成熟、流行技術(shù)框架。整個系統(tǒng)的目的是提供給用戶一個操作簡單的界面,實現(xiàn)完成基本信息管理、工資設(shè)置及管理、人事管理、合同管理、培訓(xùn)管理等功能模塊,上述模塊基本上覆蓋了高校干部管理需要的各個功能。本系統(tǒng)完成后,將會為高校提供一套安全、高效、穩(wěn)定運行統(tǒng)一高校干部管理系統(tǒng)。 本文主要從以下幾個方面進行研究: 1、介紹本論文研究的目的及意義,國內(nèi)、外信息管理系統(tǒng)研究現(xiàn)狀,論文的研究內(nèi)容及創(chuàng)新之處; 2、介紹指導(dǎo)本系統(tǒng)設(shè)計的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)知識,J2EE多層結(jié)構(gòu)體系及其核心技術(shù)、Web開發(fā)模型等內(nèi)容,為本系統(tǒng)開發(fā)作技術(shù)準備; 3、高校干部管理信息系統(tǒng)的需求分析及設(shè)計,根據(jù)對信息管理的實際要求,對其需求進行分析,確定要實現(xiàn)的功能。根據(jù)要實現(xiàn)的功能,對系統(tǒng)的軟件結(jié)構(gòu)、功能模塊、數(shù)據(jù)庫等內(nèi)容進行設(shè)計。 本課題將數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、數(shù)據(jù)倉庫技術(shù)與決策系統(tǒng)相結(jié)合,共同構(gòu)建決策模塊,并根據(jù)現(xiàn)有的庫存管理數(shù)據(jù),通過分析并進行了計算,為高校干部管理工作制定了有效地決策提供支持,從而有效地提高了高校干部管理的工作效率,減少了不必要的流程和額外支出。本系統(tǒng)完成后,可以大大的提高干部管理的效率。通過此系統(tǒng)能夠方便高校對干部管理工作進行直觀的操作,不僅大大縮短了工作時間,還提升了工作準確性,實現(xiàn)對干部信息系統(tǒng)的可視化管理。
[Abstract]:With the development of computer and Internet technology, more and more management work is replaced by information system. It has become an important way to improve the competitiveness of enterprises to improve the efficiency of management and reduce the cost of management. At present, in the management of cadres in colleges and universities, large units adopt a customized management system, some small and medium-sized units use a single computer version of the management system, others still adopt manual management. Due to the constantly changing and customized requirements of daily work, the single version of the management system cannot be modified in time, which brings a lot of inconvenience to the management personnel, and adds new requirements and functions, which requires a lot of additional costs. This brings a certain burden to the unit, so developing a self-configurable information management system becomes a trend. Under this background, according to the practical business logic of cadre management in colleges and universities, this paper designs and implements a safe, efficient and stable management system. The main purpose of this system is to standardize the flow of professional cadre information management, increase the accuracy of data processing, and the administrator can configure some functions according to the actual needs. The management of cadre information can be refined, digitized and automated, so as to improve the utilization rate of personnel, reduce the expenditure of personnel, and provide support and data basis for the management information construction, talent reserve and information decision-making of the unit. University cadre management information system adopts the popular three-layer structure mode of B / S and J2EE Oracle technology scheme to collect all kinds of mature mathematical algorithms and efficient business processes to extract the current mature and popular technical framework. The purpose of the whole system is to provide the user with a simple interface to complete the basic information management, wage setting and management, personnel management, contract management, training management and other functional modules. The above-mentioned modules basically cover all the functions needed for the management of cadres in colleges and universities. After the completion of the system, it will provide a set of safe, efficient and stable operation of the unified cadre management system for colleges and universities. This article mainly carries on the research from the following several aspects: 1, introduces this paper research goal and the significance, domestic, the foreign information management system research present situation, the thesis research content and the innovation; 2.Introduces the basic theory knowledge of guiding the system design, the J2EE multi-layer structure system and its core technology, the Web development model and so on, makes the technical preparation for the system development; 3. The requirement analysis and design of the cadre management information system in colleges and universities. According to the actual requirements of the information management, the requirements are analyzed and the functions to be realized are determined. According to the function to be realized, the software structure, function module, database and other contents of the system are designed. This paper combines data mining, data warehouse technology and decision system, constructs the decision module together, and according to the existing inventory management data, through the analysis and calculation, It provides support for making effective decisions in the management of cadres in colleges and universities, thus effectively improving the efficiency of the management of cadres in colleges and universities, and reducing unnecessary processes and extra expenses. After the completion of the system, can greatly improve the efficiency of cadre management. Through this system, it is convenient for colleges and universities to operate the cadre management intuitively, which not only shortens the working time, but also improves the accuracy of work, and realizes the visual management of cadre information system.
