【摘要】：伴隨著現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)進行財務(wù)費用報銷逐漸成為了一種趨勢。一般來說,企業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)相對復(fù)雜,利用傳統(tǒng)的財務(wù)報銷管理方式并不能夠完全滿足其對內(nèi)部財務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)實時性,真實性,完整性的客觀要求。綜上所述,設(shè)計并開發(fā)一套符合現(xiàn)代企業(yè)財務(wù)報銷制度的網(wǎng)絡(luò)費用報銷系統(tǒng),對于提升企業(yè)費用報銷信息管理水平具有舉足輕重的作用和意義。本課題根據(jù)企業(yè)財務(wù)報銷特點,采用Internet/Intranet的技術(shù)和B/S模式最終實現(xiàn)了基于MVC三層構(gòu)架模式和ASP.NET技術(shù)架構(gòu)的企業(yè)費用網(wǎng)上報銷管理應(yīng)用平臺。本文詳細(xì)介紹了課題研究背景以及相關(guān)開發(fā)技術(shù),充分考慮到企業(yè)實際經(jīng)營情況對所實現(xiàn)的應(yīng)用軟件進行具體需求分析,包括業(yè)務(wù)流程分析與功能需求分析,本系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)的主要功能模塊包括報銷管理功能、借款管理功能、預(yù)算管理功能、綜合查詢功能以及還款管理功能等。最后,利用ASP.NET技術(shù)對系統(tǒng)軟件各功能模塊進行了編碼實現(xiàn)�？傊�,采用ASP.NET技術(shù)與MVC三層構(gòu)架模式緊密結(jié)合的方法能夠保證所開發(fā)的應(yīng)用程序具備良好的伸縮性與兼容性,因此就可以設(shè)計并開發(fā)出一套能夠安全穩(wěn)定運行的現(xiàn)代企業(yè)網(wǎng)上報銷系統(tǒng)。經(jīng)過嚴(yán)格的系統(tǒng)運行測試,結(jié)果表明系統(tǒng)運行良好,能夠滿足現(xiàn)代企業(yè)網(wǎng)上報銷工作的實際需要。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern information technology, it has become a trend to reimburse financial expenses through Internet. Generally speaking, the organizational structure of enterprises is relatively complex, and the traditional financial reimbursement management method can not completely meet the objective requirements of real-time, authenticity and integrity of internal financial data. To sum up, the design and development of a network expense reimbursement system in line with the modern enterprise financial reimbursement system plays an important role and significance in improving the management level of enterprise expense reimbursement information. According to the characteristics of enterprise financial reimbursement, this paper uses Internet/Intranet technology and B / S mode to realize the application platform of enterprise expense online reimbursement management based on MVC three-tier structure and ASP.NET technology architecture. This paper introduces the research background and related development technology in detail, fully considering the actual business situation of the enterprise to carry out the specific requirements analysis of the application software, including business process analysis and functional requirements analysis. The main function modules of this system include reimbursement management function, loan management function, budget management function, comprehensive inquiry function and repayment management function. Finally, the system software modules are coded by ASP.NET technology. In a word, using the method of combining ASP.NET technology with MVC three-tier architecture pattern can ensure that the developed application has good scalability and compatibility. Therefore, we can design and develop a modern enterprise online reimbursement system which can run safely and stably. The results show that the system is running well and can meet the actual needs of the online reimbursement work of modern enterprises.
