【摘要】：SharePoint以獨(dú)特的內(nèi)容框架以及優(yōu)秀的文件資源共享模式使其在教育領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展成為可能,目前SharePoint在各大企業(yè)的廣泛應(yīng)用為它在教育領(lǐng)域的拓展奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。學(xué)前幼兒教育越來(lái)越受到家長(zhǎng)和園區(qū)的關(guān)注,幼兒教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量的有效提高成為了各個(gè)地區(qū)教育部門(mén)的重點(diǎn)研究對(duì)象,在網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育平臺(tái)高速發(fā)展的現(xiàn)在,將幼兒教育與網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育平臺(tái)相結(jié)合的教學(xué)模式,被廣大研究學(xué)者重點(diǎn)關(guān)注,在家園協(xié)同教育的各種方法與模式中,基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)的幼兒園家園通網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)受到了園區(qū)和家長(zhǎng)的普遍歡迎。通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)目前幼兒園家園通網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)發(fā)展和使用情況的分析,對(duì)用戶(hù)即園區(qū)和家長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行充分、詳細(xì)、科學(xué)的需求調(diào)研分析。文章結(jié)合實(shí)際,提出了一種基于SharePoint的家園通系統(tǒng)的搭建方案,該方案采用三層服務(wù)器架構(gòu),AD域控服務(wù)器管理平臺(tái)賬戶(hù)信息,SharePoint應(yīng)用程序服務(wù)器負(fù)責(zé)提供SharePoint基礎(chǔ)應(yīng)用程序,DB服務(wù)器用來(lái)存儲(chǔ)自定義應(yīng)用程序頁(yè)所需要的數(shù)據(jù)表。本系統(tǒng)通過(guò)跨域的數(shù)據(jù)抽取,將前臺(tái)用戶(hù)瀏覽與后臺(tái)管理員管理分隔開(kāi),來(lái)完成用戶(hù)的特殊需求或者通過(guò)自定義應(yīng)用程序頁(yè)更加便捷的完成對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)和用戶(hù)的操作。該平臺(tái)為幼兒家長(zhǎng)量身打造信息服務(wù)終端,集園所動(dòng)態(tài)、教學(xué)內(nèi)容、班級(jí)活動(dòng)、在線(xiàn)互動(dòng)、幼兒成長(zhǎng)檔案、辦公自動(dòng)化為一體的多元化交流平臺(tái)。利用現(xiàn)代教育資源、現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)園所與家長(zhǎng),家長(zhǎng)與家長(zhǎng)之間實(shí)時(shí)、快捷、有效的溝通,促進(jìn)孩子在零距離溝通環(huán)境下的健康快樂(lè)成長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:The development of SharePoint in the field of education is possible with its unique content framework and excellent file resource sharing mode. At present, the extensive application of SharePoint in various large enterprises has laid a solid foundation for its expansion in the field of education. Preschool education has been paid more and more attention by parents and parks. The effective improvement of the quality of preschool education has become the key research object of education departments in various regions. Now, with the rapid development of network education platform, The teaching model which combines early childhood education with network education platform has been paid more attention to by many researchers. In the various methods and models of home collaborative education, The network platform of kindergarten home communication based on network platform is generally welcomed by the park and parents. Through the analysis of the development and use of the domestic kindergarten home communication network platform, this paper makes a full, detailed and scientific investigation and analysis on the needs of the users, that is, the park and the parents. Combined with the practice, this paper puts forward a construction scheme of home communication system based on SharePoint. The scheme adopts three-tier server architecture, AD domain control server manages account information of platform, and SharePoint application server is responsible for providing SharePoint basic application program. The DB server is used to store the tables required for custom application pages. The system separates front user browsing and background administrator management through cross-domain data extraction to complete the special needs of users or to complete the operation of data and users more conveniently through custom application pages. The platform is designed for parents of children to create information service terminal, set the garden dynamic, teaching content, class activities, online interaction, child growth files, office automation as one of the multiple communication platform. Using modern educational resources and modern information technology to realize real time, fast and effective communication between garden and parents, parents and parents, and to promote the healthy and happy growth of children in the environment of zero distance communication.
