【摘要】：本文基于警務(wù)工作現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的要求,介紹了當(dāng)前發(fā)展前景廣闊的全景拼接技術(shù)和PDT技術(shù),并從應(yīng)用的角度,詳述全景拼接功能、PDT定位功能、PDT呼叫功能、自動(dòng)追蹤功能在公安督查系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用,并針對(duì)功能實(shí)現(xiàn)的原理開(kāi)展詳盡分析,在過(guò)去局部監(jiān)控和基于模擬集群的指揮調(diào)度系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上提出了建設(shè)全景拼接和PDT結(jié)合下之全時(shí)空督查系統(tǒng)。借此實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)公安平臺(tái)音視頻數(shù)據(jù)的整合,為公安指揮中心提供有用的信息,協(xié)助執(zhí)勤辦案民警開(kāi)展工作,解決公安實(shí)際工作中對(duì)于日常執(zhí)法執(zhí)勤和應(yīng)急處置的需要,提高公安工作的效率和質(zhì)量,提高公安實(shí)戰(zhàn)能力。
[Abstract]:Based on the requirements of the modernization of police work, this paper introduces the panoramic splicing technology and PDT technology, which have broad development prospects at present. From the perspective of application, the functions of panoramic stitching, PDT positioning, PDT calling are described in detail. The application of the automatic tracking function in the public security supervision and inspection system, and the detailed analysis of the principle of the realization of the function, Based on the past local monitoring and command and scheduling system based on simulation cluster, a full space-time supervision system based on panoramic mosaic and PDT is proposed. In order to realize the integration of audio and video data of public security platform, provide useful information for the police command center, assist the police to carry out the work, and solve the need of daily law enforcement and emergency disposal in the actual work of public security. Improve the efficiency and quality of public security work, and improve the actual combat ability of public security.
