【摘要】：意見(jiàn)領(lǐng)袖是社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)和社交媒體中的重要節(jié)點(diǎn),是信息傳播的關(guān)鍵性因素。在QQ群聊天中由于參與用戶較多,各種話題比較繁雜,所以識(shí)別其中的意見(jiàn)領(lǐng)袖比較困難。為此提出了一種基于應(yīng)答關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)來(lái)挖掘QQ群中意見(jiàn)領(lǐng)袖的方法。該方法首先構(gòu)建回應(yīng)詞詞庫(kù);然后基于Aho-Corasick算法來(lái)匹配聊天文本中的回應(yīng)詞數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)建出用戶應(yīng)答關(guān)系的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu);最后使用社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)中重要節(jié)點(diǎn)識(shí)別的方法來(lái)發(fā)現(xiàn)意見(jiàn)領(lǐng)袖。該方法對(duì)QQ群中的意見(jiàn)領(lǐng)袖發(fā)現(xiàn)具有較高的準(zhǔn)確率,在融合QQ群用戶交互社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)的節(jié)點(diǎn)重要性特征后,能夠達(dá)到更好的意見(jiàn)領(lǐng)袖發(fā)現(xiàn)效果。
[Abstract]:Opinion leaders are important nodes in social networks and social media, and a key factor in the dissemination of information. In QQ group chat, it is difficult to identify the opinion leaders because there are more users and a variety of topics. In this paper, a method of mining opinion leaders in QQ group based on response relation network is proposed. The method first constructs the response word dictionary; then matches the response word data in the chat text based on Aho-Corasick algorithm and constructs the network structure of the user response relationship; finally uses the method of identifying important nodes in the social network to find the opinion leader. This method has a high accuracy rate for the discovery of opinion leaders in QQ groups. After merging the node importance features of QQ group users interactive social networks, it can achieve better results of opinion leaders discovery.
