基于用戶(hù)體驗(yàn)的智能公交APP交互設(shè)計(jì)研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of urbanization and the increasing of urban population, the dispatching speed of urban public transportation is often not keeping up with the increasing demand of urban population. However, the concept of environmental protection makes more citizens choose to travel by public transport, which will aggravate the pressure of public transport, and the congestion in public cars will occur from time to time, which will greatly affect the travel status of people. Adding congestion display to smart bus APP allows users to have a better user experience. At the same time, in the context of the development of green and environmental protection, the use of time-sharing leasing model of shared bicycles become popular, public bicycle travel can to a certain extent alleviate the problem of urban congestion, so that users have more travel options, To a large extent, reduce the travel time cost of users. Therefore, from the point of view of user experience and combined with the crowd density detection technology on public transport, this topic will design an intelligent bus APP, to optimize the existing APP function. On the basis of interaction and interface layout, the functions of displaying congestion degree and sharing bicycle location in buses are added to facilitate people to avoid overcrowded vehicles, shorten travel time costs, and enable users to have a good travel state. First of all, look up the domestic and foreign literature, clarify the existing intelligent bus APP function and use status; secondly, the mobile terminal APP function framework, interface visual elements are analyzed. And from the user's point of view to experience the analysis of intelligent APP interface vision, interface framework, interface interaction, from the user's senses, habits and other levels to analyze the use of users, as this intelligent bus APP design guidelines; third, The existing intelligent bus APP at home and abroad from the function, visual comparative analysis, draw the lack of domestic products, combined with the previous analysis designed a questionnaire and user interviews, respectively line and line investigation, By analyzing the data and establishing the virtual user portrait and mood fluctuation graph, the pain point of the user is obtained. From time to time, according to the user pain point analysis of user needs, and then according to the needs of the APP system design, combined with the technology of crowd density detection on public transport, the lowest user experience value of the bus congestion display, multiple transfer lines at the same time display, The functions of shared bicycle location display are added to the design of intelligent bus APP. Finally, the visual interface of intelligent bus APP is designed by using Photoshop and other graphic design software, and the virtual interactive display is carried out by using Axure prototype design tool. Establishment of Intelligent bus APP. for users' needs Let the user carry on the virtual operation of the intelligent bus APP, improve and optimize the questions raised by the user, in order to achieve the best design effect of the intelligent bus APP.
