【摘要】：由于中國老齡化問題的日趨嚴(yán)重,社會養(yǎng)老問題成為人們廣泛關(guān)注的新課題,醫(yī)療方面作為養(yǎng)老問題無法避免的難題,也被提上日程。老年人是各種疾病的高發(fā)人群,日常的看病買藥需要復(fù)雜的流程和漫長的排隊等待,這對老年人的生命健康安全存在著巨大的安全隱患和威脅�？茖W(xué)的養(yǎng)老方式,完善的醫(yī)療服務(wù)平臺,是解決之道。社區(qū)是社會與家庭的中間紐帶,老年人居住在社區(qū)、生活在社區(qū),加強社區(qū)服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè),對于改善老年人居家養(yǎng)老的支持環(huán)境,具有重要意義。為了順應(yīng)社會的需求,為了解決老年人看病貴、看病難的難題,本文提出采用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),設(shè)計實施面向社區(qū)居家智慧養(yǎng)老醫(yī)藥銷售系統(tǒng),為老年人提供方便高效的醫(yī)療服務(wù)。面向社區(qū)居家智慧養(yǎng)老醫(yī)藥銷售系統(tǒng)就是應(yīng)此而生,該系統(tǒng)通過在社區(qū)服務(wù)中心的醫(yī)院(或藥品供應(yīng)站、衛(wèi)生所、藥店)安裝并運行,可以為老年人提供醫(yī)藥服務(wù),老年人只需一個電話或一鍵操作,就可以讓社區(qū)工作人員為其在系統(tǒng)上選購藥品或診斷開藥、完成訂單并送貨上門,實現(xiàn)老年人的足不出戶便捷購藥。通過調(diào)查老年人看病買藥的現(xiàn)狀,針對老年人主體進行需求分析,為他們貼身設(shè)計了系統(tǒng)功能并實現(xiàn)。例如,針對老年人病患接受新事物的能力差,本系統(tǒng)提供網(wǎng)絡(luò)問診及買藥的功能,復(fù)雜的操作都由老年人醫(yī)療服務(wù)中心的工作人員來完成;為了他們的用藥安全和質(zhì)量,系統(tǒng)提供藥品生產(chǎn)日期監(jiān)控,缺貨提醒等功能,并追蹤老年人的用藥情況等;針對老年人的記憶力減退,本系統(tǒng)為其提供了用藥監(jiān)督提醒等功能,為他們提供全面貼心的醫(yī)療服務(wù)。本文主要從需求分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)、系統(tǒng)測試等幾個方面逐步完成了面向社區(qū)的居家智慧養(yǎng)老醫(yī)藥銷售系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)包括社區(qū)醫(yī)院端和居民用戶端。社區(qū)醫(yī)院端采用了 Java web后臺開發(fā)技術(shù)和Flex前臺開發(fā)技術(shù),選取了 SSI框架;居民用戶端采用Android開發(fā)技術(shù)。兩者共用服務(wù)器后臺。
[Abstract]:As the aging problem in China is becoming more and more serious, the social old-age problem has become a new issue that people pay more attention to. Medical treatment, as an unavoidable problem for the aged, has also been put on the agenda. The elderly are the high incidence of various diseases, the daily medical treatment and medicine need a complex process and a long line of waiting, which has a huge safety risks and threats to the health and safety of the elderly. The scientific endowment way, the consummate medical service platform, is the solution. The community is the middle link between the society and the family. It is of great significance for the elderly to live in the community, live in the community and strengthen the construction of the community service network. In order to meet the needs of the society and to solve the problem that the elderly are expensive and difficult to see a doctor, this paper puts forward the design and implementation of an intelligent medical sales system for the aged in order to provide convenient and efficient medical services for the elderly by adopting Internet technology. This is where the smart old-age medical sales system for the community is born. The system can provide medical services to the elderly by installing and operating in hospitals (or drug supply stations, clinics, pharmacies) in community service centers. The elderly only need one telephone or one key to operate, can let the community worker to choose the medicine or the diagnosis prescription medicine for them on the system, completes the order and delivers the goods to the door, realizes the elderly to buy medicine conveniently without leaving the home. By investigating the current situation of medical treatment and medicine for the elderly, this paper analyzes the needs of the elderly subjects, and designs the system function for them. For example, in view of the poor ability of elderly patients to accept new things, the system provides the function of network consultation and drug purchase, and complex operations are performed by the staff of the elderly medical service center; for their safety and quality of medication, The system provides the functions of drug production date monitoring, short of stock warning, and tracking the drug use situation of the elderly, etc. In view of the memory loss of the elderly, the system provides the function of drug supervision and warning for the elderly. Provide them with comprehensive and considerate medical services. This article mainly from the requirements analysis, the system design, the system realization, the system test and so on several aspects has completed the home wisdom endowment medicine sale system for the community step by step. The system includes community hospital and resident client. The community hospital has adopted the Java web background development technology and the Flex foreground development technology, has selected the SSI frame, and the resident user terminal has adopted the Android development technology. Both share the server background.
