大數(shù)據(jù)在區(qū)域醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生信息平臺(tái)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:本文主要論述了基于區(qū)域醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生信息平臺(tái),論述了區(qū)域醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生信息平臺(tái)的總體發(fā)展建設(shè)規(guī)劃,詳細(xì)闡述了醫(yī)院信息平臺(tái)總體框架結(jié)構(gòu)、健康信息平臺(tái)電子記錄、這些都是當(dāng)前醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生信息化建設(shè)的集中展示。采用了大數(shù)據(jù)、云計(jì)算、數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)度策略、負(fù)載均衡調(diào)度算法等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)與方法。介紹了資源負(fù)載均衡調(diào)度策略,將常見的動(dòng)靜態(tài)均衡調(diào)度算法也進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的說明。詳細(xì)闡述了大型數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)度在區(qū)域健康信息平臺(tái)中的應(yīng)用。首先,依據(jù)云存儲(chǔ)、云計(jì)算等不同的服務(wù)模式,在設(shè)計(jì)區(qū)域醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生信息平臺(tái)提供技術(shù)支持,也給出了相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)方案。然后分別從大數(shù)據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、大數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)度策略和大數(shù)據(jù)負(fù)載均衡調(diào)度算法進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)說明。最后,通過應(yīng)用案例分析,說明了設(shè)計(jì)的可用性。在論述區(qū)域醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生信息平臺(tái)建立的過程中,采用數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)度策略,先通過介紹實(shí)現(xiàn)方法及實(shí)現(xiàn)平臺(tái)。然后根據(jù)區(qū)域醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生信息平臺(tái)的配置情況及數(shù)據(jù)模擬等相關(guān)元素,進(jìn)行了基于CloudAnalyst模擬平臺(tái)上進(jìn)行云計(jì)算進(jìn)行仿真與測(cè)試,將仿真的結(jié)果與其它的調(diào)度算法、測(cè)試情況反復(fù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比,對(duì)對(duì)比結(jié)果進(jìn)行初步的分析與評(píng)估。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly discusses the regional health information platform based on, discusses the overall development and construction planning of regional health information platform, the structure of the overall framework of hospital information platform were described in detail, the health information platform of electronic records, these are displayed on the current development of medical and health information. Using a large data, cloud computing, data scheduling strategy. The load balancing algorithm, key techniques and methods. This paper introduces load balancing scheduling strategy resource, the common static and dynamic scheduling algorithm are briefly described. And illustrates the application of large data scheduling in the regional health information platform. Firstly, on the basis of cloud storage, cloud computing and other different service modes, to provide technical support in the design of regional health information platform, also gives the corresponding design scheme. Then the data from a large database, big data scheduling strategy A little and large data load balancing scheduling algorithm are introduced in detail. Finally, through the application of case analysis, illustrates the availability of the design. In the process of regional health information platform, the data scheduling strategy, first through the introduction of implementation method and implementation platform. Then according to the regional health information platform the configuration and data simulation and other related elements, the computing platform of simulation and test cloud simulation based on CloudAnalyst, the scheduling algorithm simulation results and other test cases, repeated comparison, analysis and preliminary assessment of the results of the contrast.
