【摘要】:生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行管理系統(tǒng)橫向涉及生產(chǎn)的裝置、罐區(qū)、儲(chǔ)運(yùn),縱向涉及生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行調(diào)度、生產(chǎn)規(guī)劃,覆蓋了煉油與化工企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的全過(guò)程,用于全面支持公司煉油化工生產(chǎn)業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)作。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)一些煉油與化工企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行管理較為粗放,基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)不全,平衡人為程度高,不但平衡人員工作強(qiáng)度大,而且容易因人為因素造成結(jié)果不準(zhǔn)確現(xiàn)象。為了使管理者及時(shí)掌握企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)狀況,實(shí)現(xiàn)精細(xì)化管理生產(chǎn)的需求,公司啟動(dòng)了生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行管理系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)。本文通過(guò)對(duì)遼河石化公司的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行詳盡分析,梳理、優(yōu)化了生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行管理方面各部門(mén)的流程。根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)范圍,基于霍尼韋爾物料平衡算法引擎,開(kāi)發(fā)了生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)通過(guò)線(xiàn)性回歸算法結(jié)合企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程模型通過(guò)霍尼韋爾的物料平衡算法引擎對(duì)全廠的生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行平衡整定,最終得到了較為準(zhǔn)確的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),使管理者能夠準(zhǔn)確了解全廠的現(xiàn)行生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀;通過(guò)MVC架構(gòu),開(kāi)發(fā)用戶(hù)功能,解決了系統(tǒng)在多平臺(tái)的使用;通過(guò)ODS架構(gòu),計(jì)算企業(yè)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)指標(biāo),把物料在企業(yè)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的移動(dòng)與各個(gè)生產(chǎn)階段的生產(chǎn)效益狀況及時(shí)反饋給企業(yè)的管理者。通過(guò)該系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施,使遼河石化公司的物料移動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)更加完整,減少了因人為因素干預(yù)造成的數(shù)據(jù)不準(zhǔn)確,提高了數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量,縮短了平衡周期,為生產(chǎn)管理人員指揮生產(chǎn)和企業(yè)規(guī)劃提供了充足的數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)web展示等手段,使企業(yè)管理者及時(shí)了解生產(chǎn)狀況,從而快速組織和調(diào)整生產(chǎn),從整體的角度對(duì)企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)和經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,提高企業(yè)的運(yùn)行效率,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)提高企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:The production operation management system involves the production plant, tank area, storage and transportation, and longitudinally relates to production operation scheduling, production planning, covering the whole production process of oil refining and chemical enterprises, and is used to support the operation of refining and chemical production business of the company in an all-round way.At present, some domestic refineries and chemical enterprises have extensive production and operation management, incomplete basic data and high balance, which not only balance the work intensity of personnel, but also cause inaccurate results easily due to human factors.In order to make the manager grasp the production condition of the enterprise in time and realize the demand of fine management production, the company started the construction of the production operation management system.Through the detailed analysis of the present situation of Liaohe Petrochemical Company, this paper optimizes the process of production and operation management.Based on Honeywell material balance algorithm engine, production operation management system is developed according to business scope.In this system, the production data of the whole plant is adjusted by linear regression algorithm combined with the production process model of the enterprise through Honeywell's material balance algorithm engine, and the more accurate basic data are obtained.So that managers can accurately understand the current production situation of the whole plant; through the MVC framework, develop user functions, solve the use of the system in multiple platforms; through the ODS framework, calculate the key technical indicators of the enterprise,Timely feedback the material movement in the production process and the production benefit of each production stage to the managers of the enterprise.Through the implementation of the system, the material movement data of Liaohe Petrochemical Company is more complete, the data inaccuracy caused by human intervention is reduced, the data quality is improved, and the balance period is shortened.It provides a sufficient data base for production managers to direct production and enterprise planning. Through web display and other means, enterprise managers can understand the production situation in a timely manner, so that they can quickly organize and adjust production.This paper optimizes the production and management process of the enterprise from the whole point of view, improves the operation efficiency of the enterprise, and then realizes the goal of improving the economic benefit of the enterprise.
